DO NOT RENT!! April, owner, is a nightmare

Read her responses. If that doesn't tell you enough about the privacy/"care" she doesnt provide her tenants than please move in. She is intrusive, aggressive, belittling, a bully, and by NO means has any idea how to run an apartment complex and definitely no experience in maintenance. She allows loud partying through courtyard, she invites herself into your apartment when NO ONE IS HOME WITH NO WARNING. My sister will never be staying here again and I highly advise anyone else against it as well. She was/is not the only tenant who has issues with April. April does nothing to resolve an issue brought to her especially one regarding her lack of responsibility and maturity during a tough time in your apartment. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE WHILE APRIL IS OWNER.
