INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT
Mother in law was supposed to move in August 1st. Here it is nearly two weeks later. Unit is not painted, toilet is broken, no ac, and window is broken and won't open so can't put window unit in. She was made to pay rent and deposit for a place she can't even live in. Now anytime she asks about when it will be ready manager just blows her off and says oh it will be ready as soon as we get this one thing done (picks one task from list) and doesnt give a date. Maintenance when asked gave the entire list and said they have no idea why the manager tells her what she does. Also manager can almost never be found. We keep having to go on wild goose chases to find her, taking hours at a time. She has said meet me in the office at specific time and date and we were left waiting for hours.
