Patricia and Luis care about the condition of property so they work hard to deliver excellent results and make this community a great place to live! I recommend Pentagon Apartments. Every new resident here is welcomed by a warm smile and sparkling clean home.
Please please please BE CAREFULL with this management . It's one of the WORST I've ever had to experience . The reviews on here tell it all . The managers will tell you one thing then change there story also super unprofessional and unorganized. Here's a list of things of how terrible this place is There's no guess parking . They have to park on the street and only if you can even find any parking on the street .(worst parking ) there's roaches The upstair walk way floors are very cracked not sure if that's even safe They don't change there CARPETS the OWNER(Douglas ) him self stated they just clean them . Which is still discussing if you ask me . One of my rooms smelled weird i don't know if the previous rents smoked or had a dog but it had a weird smell . Luckily we never slept in that room . Which is why I didn't complain . But the used carpets that are there are probably the reason for the smell . QUICK TIP: if your carpets looked used asked them for new ones before you move in . That's with any place you rent . It's called (tenants rights ) There's been about 4 different managers since I've moved to this apartment and it seem like none of the managers know nothing or stay at this management (I wonder why ?) I have more to say and will post more about this unorganized management but I need some time because of all the stress the management is causing I will write a separated review With more proof.
I have been living here for last 3 years. when I first arrived we encountered roaches. The management gets us to empty all the cupboards and some company sprays some thing, The roaches go into hiding and comes back after few weeks. I spend a lot of money on roach spray each year. These roaches are here to stay. so be warned.Some units are over crowded with 7 or more people staying, So you are lucky if you will have hot water when ever you open your tap.If you come here don't plan on having any parties, as there is no guest parking. No warnings given vehicles are towed. The 4 out of the 8 washers don't work for minimum of 3 days straight
We were interested in one of the renovated Pentagon Units but were also looking at different places. When we asked if the holding deposit was refundable, they told us it wasn't, which is fine. We still put a deposit down, when we canceled after finding a better place they not only kept the security deposit but sent us an ADDITIONAL charge for "keeping the unit off the market" even when the holding deposit agreement says that money is to be deducted from the holding deposit. We're talking about putting a deposit on Thursday 30 minutes before close and canceling before start of business on Monday, not holding the unit for weeks. This company will try and nickel and dime you. When our target move in date was halfway through the month, they didn't pro-rate the rent like other complexes. When moving to the Bay Area, we toured dozens of units and by far the most financially questionable company we met was Pentagon. The units looked nice though, just beware.
The community doesn’t support the residents. Does all false rumors ,the manager is very rude
We are living since 2 years.They did not change carpets since many years.Bugs are everywhere.Manager is really rude.Without giving any notice they increased the rent&now trying to get more money Siddiq

My wife and have lived here for almost five years and noticed alot of improvments and positive changes here on the property. In the past we have many differnent managers and maintenance staff, but finaly found a great manager to make these changes happen for all of us. Tracy has been here for over 1 yr she is always so friendly, outgoing, and hard worker. She is not only a manager but does maintence things on the property. We appreciate every effort she gives to make this a great place to live. As for the new maintenance he is a polite, friendly, man who has much experience and skill. always working hard. The rent has been going higher but we are happy to live here. I feel that Pentagon Apartments has a great team and would recommend to people looking for a clean, and safe location.
