They dont deserve a star
Worst apt ever! Lived here for 2 years almost and my ac has been broken the whole time so has my dish desposal, they dont care about their apts. Nor do they care about people. Worst place to live, horrible parking loud people. My neighbors do drugs right outside my door and I have a 5 year old. Do not move here!!

They don't deserve any star
Me an my 8month old son an my fiance is sitting in our apartment an the thermostat reads 89degrees at the moment with my AC on waiting my hard on money but if I turn it off it will be 100 degrees in our apartment my son won't stop crying because he's to hot to sleep I can't even feed him his milk as often because of the heat, some one needs to see this review an fix this problem my family can't live like this when we do our part an keep up with the rent an utilities, I pray to God this gets fix asap I can't afford to break my lease an nothing is getting done. Is there an HR because the manager dont like doing anything but putting people out this isn't rite??

Doesn't even deserve the one star .
The management in unreliable. The maintenance is never here. I have to buy my own AC filters. The washer and dryers rarely work. There are vehicle break ins every night. Gunshots fired last night by my window. No security lights on the outside of the property. And this place is just trash . . .STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

pepperidge apts
Have lived at pepperidge apts for 2 years. These are horrible apts. Lived here for 2 years.went for over a year with a tub that was stopped up but nothing would unclog it. They finally fixed it but when I went to turn on the water no hot water! My air conditioner was always messed up and I turned in many work orders with no final results. One whole wall in my apt had electrical outage which took about 3or 4 months to fix. The list is long and too much to go into. They don't care about their tenants and allow people to live there who are breaking the law. I don't wish this place on anyone. The owner wants his money on time but is not willing to fix anything.
