They never return calls,texts or emails, even while they briefly have a manager and a regional manager ... that's a joke within itself also. Nothing ever gets repaired unless there is water running out of your ceiling. Then , they don't fix it... they make a call to a water restoration team. Had wholes in my ceilings and walls for a year and a half, after multiple requests, never fixed. My HVAC was literally flowing thru the holes. Dishwasher never worked, despite multiple requests. When you would contact their corporate office, they would hardly respond either. When they would respond, the regional manager would put you on her black ball list, chastise you for contacting corporate and then make sure that nothing you needed fixed, got fixed. Also had 2 pools, never in my 3.5 years were the pools available to tenants, other than maybe a month or two, one summer. ALWAYS paying your rent on time or even early, doesn't help on anything where this place is concerned. I HATE THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIT.
This property is right across the street from the canal and a mile away from the Gulf. Quiet and seems like a lot of improvements are taking place. The rent is super cheap for this area
Wow! What a deal! This place is so close to the beautiful Gulf! There are so many improvements going on and I couldn’t be happier! Upper management always responds quickly to any issues when we didn’t have a full time manager . Now that the team is complete it is rocking and rolling over here! Kudos
Horrible experience!!! The most recent problem is that I have moved out and I did a walk through with the landlord. She gave me a paper saying what I would owe. A month later I got a paper saying I owe almost twice what I was quoted on paper! I have called their corporate office many times. I have left voicemails and I have spoken to people and they take my information and say that I will be called back. They never call me back. I asked who I could expect to call me back and when and they told me "someone in the back who handles the rent deposits" and they wouldn't give me a name or a time to expect a call. And living there was a nightmare. No one was ever in the office! I would have to drop my rent in the drop box and wait till the end of the next month for them to deposit the check! I would have to live in a broken apartment for weeks because I couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office to make a maintenance request! I have photos of how bad the place was when we moved it. There were qtips and seashells in the toilet and a razor in the tub! The entire cabinet under the sink in the kitchen was completely rotted. Eventually they came and painted over the cabinet.... didn't replace it. I lived in the bottom apartment and the neighbors pipes started leaking and my roof collapsed over the kitchen sink. I have pictures and videos of that. I had a hole in my roof for a while but luckily the neighbors floor was intact so I couldn't see into their apartment. The maintenance guy is friendly but the office people suck! The office people are never helpful! I tried to renew my lease 4 months ahead of time like they asked me to do and they couldn't keep a manager in the office to complete my paperwork so it wasn't completed until one month after my lease was up. Then we had issues with the paperwork so they told me I had one week to leave or they would evict me. I had done nothing wrong it was just paperwork errors but I was sick of living there so I moved. Don't live here unless you don't have a choice.

I have been staying here for 2 years ,.the rent is decent price, and the units are pretty nice and good.size, but they only cut the grass once a month, which is not good for the kids to play or.safe for.snakes, the trees and bushes need.to be cut, and don't put down anything for snakes, pool and pool area is OK but nothing to brag about, they need more chairs and patio cleaned.
