Property Ratings at Pepperwood Knoll Apartments
I had the opportunity to speak with manager today. Leasing agents were busy and manager gave me a tour. I’m surprise by all the bad reviews. Becca tour my wife and I and Catherine helped us with the application process. Both were super nice. Just waiting on my application to be review. Nice place too.
We enjoyed living here and hated to move. The neighbor was not bad and we liked the apartments
I have lived in the Pepperwood Knoll apartments for the past year , the building itself the nicest around and the entire staff is friendly and reliable in any circumstance you might expect . Manager is nice but Catherine is the very first person I have interacted during the leasing process and the initial stay. She's been amazing and I am thankful to have had her taking care of anything I needed . Thank you.
My apartment is spacious, and I have all I need like a washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and stove. I have quiet neighbors and I walk my dog everyday. She loves to visit the rental office because she gets a lot of attention from the office staff and the manager. Will be staying here longer than I planned.
Our family moved in last month and we're loving are newly renovated apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Catherine helped us find the perfect apartment for our family. The maintenance staff is very efficient too.
I just moved in and the office girls were so friendly. I'm surprise by the other the bad reviews. Cant tell much about the property but so far so good. Property is maintained clean and maintenance staff are friendly as well.
Bad and lazy management. Old buildings. Awful neighborhood. Awful neighbors. Can't leave a car parked inside for more than a week without them complaining. Force you to park your vehicle outside in which results in theft or vandalism due to the neighborhood it's located in. If you have a vehicle with valuable catalytic converters, expect them to be stolen. Avoid this place.
Rude office reps, always dealing with apt issues that need maintenance, terrible parking, and yea the roaches are real.
These apartments are over priced, infested with cockroaches and overall HORRIBLE. DONT MOVE HERE.
These apartments are full of ROACHES and are overpriced. They want to charge like a five star apartment complex but they can’t even get a good manager in office. Maintenance on the other hand is worse it doesn’t get any better
Be prepared to not get a goodnights rest. Not only did I deal with 100’s of bugs while I lived there car alarms went of things started not working within the second day of my living there . My toilet was the first thing and outlets to not work. I was told giggle the handle and buy outlets off of amazon. Also car alarms go off all hours of the night. My freezer made grinding noises for months even I reported it. The neighbors even though it’s non smoking premise. Stuff is made very cheaply and I spent WAY to much money keeping the bugs at bay and repairing things . You will not get your refund and in fact even you spent hours cleaning you will get none of your deposit back. Also parking is a nightmare.
Pepperwood is overpriced and terrible. The manager doesn’t know what she’s doing.
The staff is extremely rude and not very helpful, With the excessive amount of negative neighborhood activities and abysmal security this place is not an adequate environment or safe place to rent.
Pepper woodknoll apartments are great apartments. Good environment for the children and schools near by also stores.
