Overall living here at perch Denton has been wonderful. We love how private the living is while also getting to be close to your neighbors and have a community surrounding you. Homes are beautiful and I love the fact that you get your own private back yard. Only complaint is that the trash pick up and yard work is very inconsistent and we do pay for it so it makes me a bit sad. Overall we love it here

I was so happy to find these non-traditional, quiet free standing apartments near North Lakes & shopping. I love the way the buildings are laid out, like little neighborhoods with courtyards, in farmhouse style w/ lots of windows, fenced in yards, & front porches. My 1-bedroom has an open living room-kitchen, with a very spacious bathroom & walk in closet . They are a bit pricey, especially when you add in the non-optional fees not included in the advertised price of the apartments which is an additional $150/month ( technology fee that includes internet & front door trash pickup 5 days/week), optional fees of $35/month pet rent & $50/month carport. I do have some issues w/wi-fi & internet. My Samsung with Hulu Live would drop the signal often everyday. So I bought an LG which also drops the signal, but less, needing a reset about 1/day. Rare internet outages often take many days to come back up, with no router to reset for quick fixes. I would definitely recommend it!

Perch Denton is a good community to live in, the only thing I would say isn’t the best is that when it was built a lot of things were not filled correctly. Especially on the base boards there are holes everywhere that let in a huge amount of insects.

I’m enjoying living here at Perch Denton. The design of my unit is beautiful and spacious with plenty of light. The neighborhood is quiet and aesthetically pleasing. There is a peaceful and friendly vibe here. The management team is quick to reply to any issues and when I had an issue with my garbage disposal, the maintenance guy came within 30 minutes of me calling to fix the issue. With this being a brand new complex built on what used to be just an empty field, there were issues with some tiny creatures a.k.a. earwigs and spiders lol, but they have been significantly decreased, and there is someone who comes out to spray on a regular basis. We have a nice gym and pool on premises and the leasing office plans occasional events giving us an opportunity to meet and greet. Overall, I really enjoy it here and I like how close it is to all the local shopping and restaurants.

had a sewage flood our kitchen 2 times due to a clog caused by the construction workers who built my apartment. I think it is fixed now just need to schedule someone to come and replace out base boards

I think it is a wonderful place to live so far, the only things I dislike are the not so dog-friendly things, in my opinion. The pebbles in the backyard, instead of grass is bothersome because it is very dirty especially when you have a dog who likes to be outside. The dog park is also very disappointing, mainly with how small it is but also how short the fence is. As a dog mom, I enjoy taking my dog to the park and throwing a ball with him

Nice apartment complex. Fees are a little much, but I dig how quiet it is. I wish there was a little more refinement on the finishing touches of the apartment (cracks in the tile, rushed paint jobs, some doors uneven, some things look sloppy), but it's a nice space with all new appliances. Definitely like how friendly everyone in the complex is!

I love where I live and I love my little house. I am frustrated that the management changed over and I'm still waiting on a maintenance issue to be addressed. I've submitted it 5 times. I do think the new management will do better and I hope they stick around for a while.
