Great Location for the Price
I love living here. The location is ideal if you rely on public transit. You're right in the Marquette University area and not too close to downtown, although downtown is in walking distance. I've found the area to be relatively safe, especially since a police sub-station is a half block away. Management and maintenance are very attentive and respond to problems quickly. Management does not tolerate loud noise or drugs. The only drawback is that the units are not air conditioned. However, you can resolve that with a portable air conditioner.
