About Peregrine Downtown Lofts

Downtown lofts cultivated by Peregrine Company are located above the Peninsula Building at the corner of E. Michigan Avenue and Portage Road in the heart of Kalamazoo’s business district. Featuring one- and two-bedroom configurations, there are currently 4 apartments total. There is currently a waitlist. We are under construction for 11 more apartments to join the building by 2026! Our downtown lofts are full of character from their tall ceilings, large windows to their exposed brick and piping in various spots. These apartments have the downtown urban feel while maintaining their luxury and excitement of the downtown Kalamazoo buzz.
