Property Ratings at Perkins Parke Apartments
This apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous. A manager that loves what she does and a phenomenal maintenance staff. For the money hands down, the best units in Cross Lanes. Luxury living, at an affordable price.
I have lived in these units for several years now. They are well built and well maintained. Every apartment complex has its issues, but Perkin's Parke run by RLJ management is the best place I have ever called home. Lord willing, I will grow old here and never move again. Right now we have an awesome on sight manager that genuinely cares about her tenants and we have an awesome maintenance man who keeps the property in good condition. They both go above and beyond for this community.
