Not great wouldn’t recommend people are dirty and rude and have fights in the middle of the night or yell from their balconies also don’t pick up their dog poo

Clean new building, great staff… residents I’ve met are also super nice! I’m someone who always forgets her keys somewhere and I like that the doors are all electronically accessible.

Apartment is beautiful and the property is set up very well. Such a lovely area to walk and enjoy the lake. Management has been wonderful so far and the maintenance team is top notch.

Really friendly front office, and maintenance staff is very exceptional. I love that they have electric car chargers available, and secured parking.

For the most part this is a peaceful community with very nice amenities. The parking garage is also an added benefit and I always feel safe on property. One thing I think needs more attention is the carpeted hallways. I don’t think they’ve been vacuumed since I’ve lived here. All in all a great place to live!

Aventon Gem Lake is an amazing place to live. The best maintained rental community I have ever lived in! I highly recommend it. You can’t beat the location.

Such a beautiful property- inside and outside. Looks and feels like a private resort…Amazing amenities. We are thrilled at how dog friendly it is. Our 15 year old ShihPoo is living out his best life more than ever! Location is great, with some walkability which is nice. Close to multiple shopping plazas and eateries in both Maitland & Winter Park. The entire leasing office & mgmt team are great! Nick, Eddie & Shannon really seem to love what they do. They are very resident-centric, making sure informative emails go out, as well prioritizing really fun community activities. Angelo is wonderful as well with all maintenance needs. You won’t regret your move here.. tranquility awaits!

Aventon Gem Lake is one of the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of living in. I was moving halfway across the country and was very nervous to sign a lease on an apartment that I had never seen before. The management was very responsive and I have to give a special shout out to one of the leasing office agents. He was extremely responsive and put all of my worries to rest. The management at this property is exceptional and the overall property is the gorgeous. This truly is a luxury of apartment from the coffee station to the beautiful units. I have no complaints about this apartment complex or the management. My only concern was the train located right next to the apartment complex, but the management informed me well before I started my leasing application and was very transparent throughout the entire process. I have no problem with the train whatsoever. I actually enjoy it. Overall it is an exceptional property.

Shannon is great - Very accomodating and helpful! The building is clean and there is easy access to floors from parking garage. The location is ideal.

After almost 4 months here, very happy. The leasing office team are wonderful, on top of everything, and kind. The maintenance team works extremely hard to keep the property pristine. I am grateful for the management team for making the experience at Aventon as stress-free and easy as possible. There is always enough parking, the trash is taken out regularly, the packages are very secure, and the place is clean. The worst part is probably the influx of college kids who have moved in and have taken over the gym, but hey, can't have everything.

we really love our brand new unit. It’s nice to be the first people to live here. The pool is awesome and it’s nice and warm saltwater which is a nice touch. I love the gym and the apartment itself is incredible. Love the views of the lake.

I randomly came across this community a few months ago while looking for an apartment in the area, and I can definitely say that the leasing team at Aventon is the best. I moved from New Jersey, and Nick, the leasing manager, has been incredibly kind and accommodating with all my requests while I was picking out my apartment and planning my move. He made sure everything went smoothly. I have been living here for over a month now, and I couldn't be happier. The community is beautiful, and I've had no complaints. Everything is well-maintained, and the team goes above and beyond. I love living here and always enjoy my evening jog along the lakeside. I hope to have a great stay here.

Its been two weeks we moved into this complex and its one of the best decisions my husband and I made. We love the apartment and clubhouse. Ed and Nick have always been so accommodating and welcoming. All of our concerns have been addressed appropriately and timely manner without even reminding anyone. I will highly recommend this place to anyone whose looking for peaceful and friendly environment.

The community is so lovely everyone's so nice and the apartments are gorgeous. I do have a railroad track-facing apartment which took a little getting used to but even that does not bother me much anymore. Getting assistance is easy and always a great experience, especially the maintenance team they are so fast with requests and super friendly. Communication is always excellent they are constantly sending emails about any updates and all things happening in the apartment complex. They bring many great quality events and food trucks to the community often. It's a place where I just feel well taken care of I would recommend it to any and everyone.

There was a lack of clear communication with our Leasing agent which made for a less than ideal move in experience. However, once things got rolling it was smooth sailing.

This place has great amenities. It is a quiet space. The staff has very good communication with the residents. The pool is relaxing and quiet. It is a beautiful apartment. Love it here!

Overall very smooth move in process. A couple of hiccups with signing up for community apps and payment for deposit. Community is in a very private location and feels much like a resort.

Easy application and it was wonderful working with Shannon. Still moving in 6-2-2024 but we are very excited to be moving into such a nice place. Can't wait to meet everyone by the pool!!

It’s really nice! Awesome amenities and we have a wonderful home. My favorite place is the lake view in my balcony. It’s a peaceful place, we have everything close.

I love that the building and the apartments are brand new, with plenty of parking, & that the building is safe and peaceful. My apt is lovely and spacious. The hallways & amenities are clean and taken care of fastidiously by mgmt. The pool area is a sanctuary - beautiful, peaceful, clean, lovely. It feels like a vacation spa. The gym is great. The mgmt team is terrific - Eddie, Shannon & Nick are on top of everything and super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they enforce the rules to make this a clean, safe, and beautiful place for everybody to enjoy. 1 thing - I wish I had been told that the property is behind train tracks. I face the lake and I do hear the trains, especially if my windows are open, and they come several times a day. I probably would have chosen this place anyway but I wish I had been made aware of this. However, apparently the sound is minimal if you are in an apt facing the pool. Overall, I’m very happy to be living here and the peace it provides me.

Love gem lakes!!! Can't wait to tan by the beautiful pool and play shuffle board! The staff is awesome as well. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I love my new apartment! Not only are the units beautiful and spacious, but the community facilities and common spaces truly make this place special. The staff is also super attentive and available to answer any questions.

So far so good I love it here. Great vibes and aura makes me feel like I’m at home this is one of best apartment complexes I’ve been to in my 27 years of living.
