PERFECT!!!
This is the perfect apartment building for single women/men and mature college kids. It's minutes away from the interstate, downtown Richmond and VCU. The building is very secured, upscale and well maintained. They offer free internet, cable and water for each resident and the free 1st month's rent for residents that moved in while they were finishing up construction was definitely a PLUS! Anyone who moves there will be very satisfied and will love the noise free environment.
