This is a terrible place to rent from as the rent goes up every year and the amenities decrease. In the almost 5 years I have been here the outside lights have never been fixed making it extremely dark and dangerous to walk to and from your car or just walk your dog. I had to ask 3 times for them to come out to remove snow and then they threatened to charge me for not picking up poo from my dog when I could not even get out of my walk way due to all the snow they refused to come and remove!!!! All while charging at least $100 not each year in rent!! This is definitely my last year here. Terrible place with horrible management!!!! Run.
Small, overpriced, appliances bottom of the line and noisy. Very drafty, cold in the winter. Loud trains 24/7. Add 60 dollars for things on to you rent. Smoke detector goes off when cooking, vent fan is junk. More cars then parking spaces. All money was put into what you first see, not most apartments. Be smart and see your place before signing.
Beautifully tucked away in a neighborhood, location is great I can get anywhere in Toledo in 15-20 minutes. I enjoy the 24 hour gym and the pool is always a good time! The building are a bit older but maintenance is very responsive to any requests. Going on 2 years here and it has been my favorite place to live.
They don't allow you to see the place before signing but wish I did or would not have moved in. Virtually the place is amazing. My apartment is older but that was the only price I was willing to pay since the updated apartments are not worth the price. Everything works well though. Make sure you know who you live above or below when moving in. I now live above a smoker and travels right up to my balcony and cannot use (which is definitely not worth the price now for this apartment). They tried working with me to move out to another but that is too much work after having all utilities installed and half of my stuff unpacked. Ready to move out in a year.

I wanted to live here so so bad...but due to the private company doing background checks messing everything up i got denied. They got my information confused with somebody (who the complex said clearly was not me) and said i was a criminal! Unreal...i have tried to fix it calling and emailing and have failed. What a terrible experience all because of their mistake.???? Very difficult on somebody moving from another state. Thank God I got approved immediately for another apartment....but just wasted $150 on something that was not my fault.??

I got out of this apartment early, paid over $1000 because of how horrible the management is and how overpriced and disgusting it is. Now, I get another bill and they're still trying to screw me over and have me pay for there crappy apartment. Don't let my word be the only one you hear, ask them what there ratings are...it's horrible. They charge for pest control every month ? I'm sorry, but from my experience not one person came in my apartment to spray for pests. I've paid on time every month with the same check, the last months bill I paid they tried to tell me I owe more because my check didn't go through! I got the bank involved and everything, my bank even told me that they tried to call them three times and they didn't answer and they're just very unprofessional. Just absolutely horrible people who work here. I'm not one to complain or even write.reviews, but they made me extremely upset so many times that I have to share my opinion. Old appliances, but wait it gets better? When you anything breaks in your apartment because of how old it is, you have to pay for it not them. I live somewhere amazing now with amazing management, they do not charge me pest control or even when something breaks. Find somewhere else, please!

Since I resigned my lease In October 2018, I’ve had nothing but trouble. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. You can’t even have tables on your patio now for your enjoyment. Even forbid the place looks lived in! It wasn’t always like that, though. When I first moved in everyone had their patios decorated and it looked like home. It’s honestly part of why I chose this place. Now the place is trash, the parking lot has potholes you can lose a tire in, but we can’t have stuff on our patio. I only rated 1 star because you have to rate.

I've lived here for over a year. We just discovered that IF YOU OPT TO HAVE A LEASE THAT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A "LEASE FEE" OF $75 DOLLARS A MONTH ON TOP OF YOUR RENT, without being informed of this stipulation beforehand. The appliances are extremely old (washer, dryer, dishwasher,refrigerator). The paint on the walls is hasty, with hairs painted into it and cracks and holes painted over. There are lumps under the carpet, like it wasn't cleared of stuff before putting down the carpet. One of the lumps is a couple inches up from the floor and feels like clothing, perhaps a knee sock? When moving in, I pointed some of these things out to property management, and we were told that if we wanted an apartment that didn't have these problems, that we needed to pay more for an "updated" unit. The construction hinders our lifestyle and ability to maintain our regular schedule by blocking entryways and breaking up cement at early hours, to the point I have called and spoken to the city about if there are noise ordinances in place. At one point, for about 2 months, we had just a foot by 2 foot mud-hole in front of our door, where they removed a portion of our sidewalk for having a crack and instead of replacing it in a timely manner, worked on something else for a couple months. There were tall hedges on either side, so no other way out. We had to LITERALLY jump over this mud-hole to get out, with our child or groceries or whatever. Rent is extremely high given the atmosphere of the apartments, and old appliances. There are potholes that rival those on any highway all over the parking lot, some as deep as 4 inches; One morning, my car tires were frozen into the indentions where the parking spots were so worn down and I couldn't get out. My child would love to ride her bike around the area, but the cracks, potholes, and semi-destroyed speedbumps make this nearly impossible. There are receptacles for dog waste everywhere, usually overflowing and drawing bugs and smelling horribly when it's hot out. Lots of people that live here have dogs and leave them to bark loudly all day long while they're at work. You are not permitted to grill or have a grill at your apartment, even though there is a wood-burning fireplace in the actual apartment-- makes sense right? There are grills for community use at the pool, and they are great for when you want to cook your food and have it cold by the time you get home. The railroad track less that 50 yards away.

Just moved in and it has been a blessing!! So nice and welcoming from everyone. Gym is getting redone and the have a dog park. So much fun for my doggy. Apartment was clean and smelled like lemons the day I moved in.

Moving in, I was told that my appliances would be a bit older than the newly renovated apartments which I was fine with until I saw that they were from the 80's. Washer and dryer are honestly crap but I'm stuck with them until they give out, I guess. And even then, I'll have to keep my own washer and dryer in the garage. I would recommend looking at your apartment BEFORE signing the lease because I cried walking into mine. I don't know who they hire to patch up the place after someone moves out, but they really do not care about their job. It honestly looked like the previous tenant did it. There were also holes in the wall that weren't patched up including a giant one in the window sill. The windows might as well be saran wrap. You can have your fireplace going and the heat up, but the cold gets in anyways. I can hear every car door slam, every footstep that someone takes, and my upstairs neighbor must have bowling parties at least twice a week. If you're not looking for much in an overpriced apartment, this place could be for you. I didn't want to break my lease at first, but now I'm considering it.
Very welcoming community along with management. Pool is nice and all maintenance on time when need to have emergencies taken care of.
