Property Ratings at Pevely Pointe
These apartments are terrible. Trashy on outside. Mold in all the apartments. And let’s not talk about the roaches!!! If there is a problem they will only spray 1 apartment not all of them. You have to call the office to tell them you want sprayed. You shouldn’t have to do that. I know several people in there and they all have bugs and nothing being done about it.. when you call the office they act like you’re a bother when complaining about bugs. But yet they want to keep raising the rent.
I have lived for 4 years in October it will 5 years The apartments are very nice an the new manager is just wonderful they are really on top of everything I've called the emergency office when the office was closed an they called me back within 5 2 10 minutes its a very great place to live an the pool is just great I really enjoy living here
Dirty outside. Ceiling same color as walls. Too expensive for what you get.
1. They do not keep the outside clean. There’s constantly trash outside on the stairs. Even if you say something to the office, they don’t care. 2. Police are here every other day. I hear banging in the middle of night because the police are here trying to get inside someone’s apartment. 3. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful apartments then this isn’t it..... kids are constantly running around and have no respect for others around. ( I get that kids don’t understand but the parents do) and I have newborns so this isn’t the best for me! 4. Oh yeah, when we got here our apartment was considered “renovated” but the shower didn’t work. Our sink was leaking and soaking the floor and still has a huge black spot in the cabinet. 5. The people who work at the office are not friendly. 6. A random man walked into our apartment and seemed off. I was happy that I wasn’t home alone at the time. We literally had just gotten home and settling our kids in and this happened! So, lock your doors when you first get home and never leave anything in your cars!
I was thrilled when I moved into my apartment despite the fact that they had things all messed up to start with. My apartment turned out to be a handicapped apartment. I did not need that at all. Then, the apartment they were going to put me in to replace it was not ready. I have never had such a headache in trying to get moved into any place. Then, we get moved in. First floor apartment and that was a HUGE mistake. People ran back and forth, making all kinds of noise. Parking was horrendous. Twice I had to park at the end of the building before mine. Children were a disaster. They ran and romped and screamed and yelled. They threw things at cars and climbed on cars. There were no parents watching their offspring. Shortly after an inspection, I noticed some jewelry missing. There was no one in the apartment other than my daughter, myself, and the inspector. The pool was supposed to be a place to relax. Not if the kiddos were out. Drugs and more drugs. Cops were there at least once a day if not more. Yup, good luck if you decide to move in there. You will regret it big time.
I have lived at Pevely Pointe for almost a year. A lot of people like to say that this place is horrible and trashy, but it only gets that way because of a few bad people. A few bad people does not make up the majority of the tenants that live here. Anywhere you live at, whether it be a gated subdivision or an apartment complex you are going to have some good neighbors and some bad neighbors. The management does a great job of trying to eradicate any issues when they are brought to their attention. There are a lot of amenities on the property, such as a pool, fitness room, and room in the office to have small parties on Saturdays. The apartments truly are the nicest on the inside, out of all of the ones I looked at in Jefferson County. I thought this property was income based, but they are not. You have to make a certain amount of money a month and I think I couldn't make over a certain amount either when I first moved in. The nice part is that the rents are pretty low for the modern amenities.
This is a wonderful complex to live in. It has a 24 hour exercise room, a computer lab,a pool, a nice park for the kids, and a 24 hour laundry room (plus washer and dryer hook ups in all the apartments). There are plenty of parking spot also. The management is very friendly. Pevely Pointe is a great place to live.
The apartment I live in is a two bedroom two bath and is very spacious. If I win free rent for life it would help me financially and allow me the ability to pursue my education and go to college.
Pevely Pointe gives you the ability to have a new start on life. Accomodations are great. Lots of kiddos. Management is great.
For any person thinking about moving here I hope this will change your mind. I have lived here for three months and hated everyday that I have been here and I lie to most people about where I live because I am ashamed to say that I live here. If you enjoy peace and quiet you will not get any here. This place is littered with kids that do nothing but scream, yell, and have no discipline. Most of the time you have to sit by the window and watch your car because that's where all the kids play and you constantly get your car hit and when you tell the kids to stop its like talking to a wall. Then you ask yourself where are their parents o yeah that's right no where to be found. Then you ask management to do something about it and you get told you'll have break your lease that's your only option. I'm not one to complain about much but this is just an awful place to live.
Who knew that it was possible to make too much money! I work full time & my son works part time. Otherwise we loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, but sad that we couldn't rent.
