Everything is great here . No complaints . Plenty of parking . Dana in maintenance does an amazing job , Dylan in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. The surrounding area has plenty of stores .

I have lived in the Courtland community for 5 years and my experience has been excellent. The staff and management are always responsive to my needs. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I recommend that you consider Courtland communities when considering apartment choices to reside in.

Was a very easy and pleasant experience getting into an apartment. Dylan has always been very pleasant, professional and courteous. It's a nice little apartment complex in a convenient spot and we've been pleased with our apartment so far.

I really am happy I decided to move here. I toured 20 apartments in the greater Columbus area & couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Cortland Hilliard. Dana & Dylan are amazing staff members that keep the property well kept, safe, & make it a great place to live. Their customer service/hospitality & positive energy is everything you want when it comes to finding a new place to live.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love it hereee. The manager Dylan is fantastic and will solve anything for you. The maintenance lady Diana is the best person you’ll ever meet. She deserves a big ole raise haha along with Dylan haha! Our dogs love the dog park here, they always have to pull me because they know exactly where to go. I will say the rent of living here is hella expensive but still it has everything that you want in this complex!! 1000/10

The apartments are very nice and the most important thing is the attention that Cortland has with everyone!! Nice to live here.

My husband and I just love this community our apartment is so spacious with patio and what matters is so peaceful here our neighbors we care for each other and most important management are very caring!

Dylan and Dana are amazing! They make living here alot easier! I've been here since they were first built and I have never seen people who answer and solve your problems and make sure you are ok! 10 out 10 I recommend living here

As a resident since the beginning, we have been thru several property management companies, staff changes and even a name change! I have to say that the current staff has far exceeded all previous. In addition to the property location and amenities, having an office and maintenance staff that truly goes above and beyond to address any issues, even before they become issues, makes a big difference in enjoying where you call home. Kudos to Dylan and Dana, both whom diligently go out of their way to make sure that not only are the residents needs are being addressed but to also make them feel cared about and looked out for. In today's world, that goes a long way. Thank you, Dylan and Dana for all that you do!

All great things from this apartment complex. Quiet neighborhood, awesome amenities and management is great. Staff has gone above and beyond. They are very attentive, patient and kind. It’s great to see management and staff actually care for their residents. I honestly cannot say that I’ve had an experience like this with anywhere else I have lived. Shout out to properly staff Dylan. He’s been wonderful my time here. Dana has also fixed any maintenance issues at the speed of light. She’s the best!

We love living at Cortland Hilliard! Our apartment is fantastic and a great price for the size and quality. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient and very helpful. The complex itself is clean and quiet and close to a lot of stores and the highway. 10/10!

The staff are so supportive and always kind! Dylan is always available to help with anything we need and Dana is wonderful with our pets. We love Cortland!!

Cortland is a very nice apartment company. They keep the appliances up to date. Everything is clean and new. The staff and management are all organized and professional. Great place. Would highly recommended it.

My positive experience with the Peyton Park community is the primary reason that I have renewed my lease four consecutive years. The admin/management team is genuinely sincere, and concerned that every residents voice is heard and acted upon...regardless of the outcome.

Ever since Cortland took management of Peyton Park, the staff at Peyton Park has been absolutely amazing to work with. I have never had anybody respond back to me faster than the team here. You can’t get better customer service anywhere else.

Peyton Park is a great choice if you are looking for a one or two bedroom apartment. The apartments are updated and very welcoming. The office staff, Macey and Jim, and service team, Clint and Tyler, are very prompt and friendly! The conveniently located pet stations are great for our dogs. Peyton Park is also located in the Hilliard city school district, which our kids really love. The location is also great because it's very close to Speedway, CVS, Kroger, Target, and a lot of other stores and restaurants!

A great place to live and love livin life! A great company who cares about the quality of life were livin here.

peyton park is actually a nice place to live. we've had no problems so far (dont expect any either.) management is on top of everything, the only downfall would be parking but besides that i would highly recommend to anyone.

Living at Peyton Park has been AMAZING so far! The units are clean kept with wide open windows and vaulted ceilings (in some units, not all, but mine just happens to have them), quiet neighbors, great proximity to the highway and retail centers, and the price of living is pretty hard to beat elsewhere! Everyone on the property is extremely kind - from maintenance to management, neighbors too. Noise complaints are practically non-existent here, everyone seems to respect each other enough to keep noise levels to a bare minimum if at all. The property is always clean-kept and you constantly see Peyton Park's employees with a smile on their face (you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they are doing and are happy to help with anything they can). They constantly go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are well taken care of and I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

Peyton park has exceeded expectations so far. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool and clubhouse area are great. Landscaping is also classy. The location is convenient and safe. Inside the apartments are where Peyton park shines. They are super clean, modern and well maintained. They are pretty quiet over all and good sized units. There was some good planning with the layout and materials used which is always welcomed. The management at Peyton has been stellar, especially Ally. She has made the move in process so easy with her great communication and organization skills. You can tell she really cares about her job. I would strongly recommend this property.

I have lived at Peton Park for almost two months. The decision to move here was very sudden. Therefore, I was nervous and the stress level was high. However, the ladies in the office made my move super simple and quick! Aside from two sweet chicks, they are both very knowledgeable and understanding. I love that Peyton Park is my home. I have no regrets about my sudden choice for a place of my own.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Peyton Park and the leasing team onsite. Regan is who assisted my brother and I find our next new home :) I'm looking forward to moving into this wonderful community and can't wait to tale full advantage of all the amazing amenities they have to offer. Although COVID has a set some restrictions, I feel very confident that the management team has made full adjustments with as little as infringement on the tenants. I had the best experience EVER (in my 8 years of apartment living) with the team at Peyton. THANK YOU for making everything SO EASY!!! 10/10

Peyton Park is such a lovely place! My son and I were so excited when we saw the apartment - we looked at so many, and Peyton Park was by far the best. Lindsay, the community manager, made the application and lease process so simple. On moving day, Lindsey was there to welcome us. She took the time to review our paperwork once again, and gave us info on everything we needed to know as new residents. We even received a cute little gift! I highly recommend Peyton Park - it’s a great place to live, in a great neighborhood, with great people.

Living at Peyton Park hasn't simply been living at an apartment -- it's been living in a genuine community. From the moment I moved in to more than a year later, I'm so happy, if not proud, to live in a community that's so friendly, clean, and well taken care of. The very few things I've ever needed here have been immediately responded to, and I absolutely love all of the events hosted at the community. My neighbors AND the property management team are both terrific. I couldn't ask for anything more in a place to live.

Never got a chance to stay at the property but the customer service is supreme! Lindsey went out of her way to make the application process an easy and efficient one. I was given a live Skype tour with just a moments notice where she also answered many of my questions. The staff were knowledgeable and respectful. It was a far cry from other renting experiences I've had. Thanks Lindsey, keep up the good work!

I have lived in this place for a year and I recently renewed my contract for fourteen more months, I recommend it to people looking for a home to live, especially Miss Lindsey is very attentive and always ready to help.

I've been here for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the staff. Lindsey always goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure the community is a safe and friendly community. Every time I email her she responds right away and if she is unavailable to help she makes sure the rest of the staff know what is going on. Maintenance is fast and friendly. I've never had a problem with a work order being taken care of fast and efficiently.

Not only are the apartments incredibly nice, the grounds are well maintained and the leasing staff is very helpful! Any time I have a question, I receive an immediate response. After renting for years, I can say this is the best experience I’ve had and would recommend this location to everyone!

Peyton Park has been a great place for us to call home for the past year. The property was owned by another company when we moved in, but when we heard Champion was taking over, we were relieved. After having lived at a Champion property before, we knew we would be taken care of and the customer service would be outstanding. With the property itself being new construction, everything is fresh and up to date, making it stress free to settle in. The amenities are great and there is a recycling program that comes door to door, which makes it easy to participate. I would highly recommend living here!
