Very good experience only complaint is the noise from the trash and it’s understandable just wished it was done either around noon or night time and not when the sun comes up. Other than that I love it here

I have had a great experience with The Links at PGA parkway. The community is quite, clean, and plenty of opportunities for social events. The facilities are new snd well maintained. All gym equipment is state of the art.

I love the staff, the property is always clean. Phase 1 walls are a bit thin but a beautiful complex and apartment. Oh just be mindful of parking. That can be an issue at times but love this place

I absolutely love living at the links on PGA because of the calmness it exudes. The people are nice here and very friendly. The community is peaceful and welcoming. The units are super pretty. They respond quickly to home repairs and more. My packages haven’t went missing in the lobby. So many good things I can say but I will let you all discover it for yourself.

I can give you a list of reasons not to move here. I loved it when I first moved here but after a while I can see why a lot of people have moved out. Hidden fees, inconsistent billing, lack of management (it takes weeks for anyone to get back to you about important matters), it’s just a lot of inconsistency. The place is beautiful but they try to sale a “luxury apartment feel” with all the fees and cost associated with a luxury apartment but NOT THE QUALITY. You can’t charge luxury apartment rates but lack in quality, efficiency and value.
My experience at the links at PGA parkway has been great! The apartments ans the apartment complex both are amazing and beautiful from the inside and out, the leasing office staff is super helpful and kind and there are countless amenities!

Convenient, good amenities, welcoming staff and affordable. Some issues with apps in phase 2 . While one can live with those issues. It would be great if I had those apps working for me.

Nice place to live, close to many locations and still not crowded and no crazy traffic. Also new attractions are coming near here, a Universal Park and a Firefly Park.

The Links is an excellent place to live. It is also close to my job and good restaurants. The concierge is extremely helpful and available. I enjoy the amenities and periodic community activities.

Overall everything is okay. The apartment itself is nice but there are obvious issues that come from a quick build construction. There has been an ant and cricket problem going on that the staff refuse to take responsibility for. If I could base my review solely off of the staff, I would give it 0 stars. Recently all of the staff that was helpful left (wonder why…). There is a fee for everything that racks up hundreds of dollars from service fees to parking fees. The staff are quick to charge you for fees for your trash but not quick to make sure the cleaning staff doesn’t spray smell good scents on the poop that doesn’t get cleaned up in the hallways. Then when you try to get into contact with anyone from the office, they either don’t pick up the phone or don’t respond to emails. On top of this, I went in person to discuss an issue and was told to go to a separate office…This place is ridiculous.

I love living at the links on pga! The office staff, maintenance team, amenities, community and everything else about living here is top notch! I love all of the staff- everyone is so helpful, professional and super friendly! I would highly recommend this amazing apartment complex community to anyone who is apartment searching. I have lived here one year so far and am definitely renewing my lease, because I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. This place is the best! The links on pga is fantastic and everything about my experience living here over the past year has been outstanding! I am so excited to be renewing my lease and continue living at the links on pga.

It’s a beautiful community and the staff is courteous. Lisa in Concierge Phase 2 is amazing. She is always polite and super friendly, it’s always a brighter day when we have the opportunity to run into her (including when she’s out and about on property, she always waves). The downside is some of the residents who do not seem to have consideration of their neighbors and don’t clean up after their dogs, whether it be inside or outside the building. Another downside is that driveway in Phase 2 that is intended for emergency vehicles, people are always using that as a thoroughfare and it’s quite frightening to be walking on it and you hear a vehicle approaching, something needs to be done.

There is only 1 elevator and has now been out for 2 weeks . I’m unable to finish moving in bc no one wants to walk up 3 sets of stairs with heavy furniture. Parking is horrible ! Never any parking close by always have to walk and no free covered parking . Don’t like that concierge isn’t 24hrs seems like every time I go down they are never there , always up moving around. I’ve only been here 2 months and I say it’s a 5/10

Relatively a great experience, have had some issues with it being new construction and some things having been rushed but maintenance usually would be out quickly to help.

Great place to live. Very clean, fun activities, great neighborhood, close to many entertainment places. Traffic is a little awful due to construction though.

I have loved living in Phase II. I have also enjoyed the Phase II pool and fitness center. Residents are out walking their dogs all day and evening, or just walking. I have been quite happy at The Links!

I have been really disappointed by the experience from initial registration to current living conditions. You pay a premium price for a paltry and poor customer experience. Don't get caught up with the flashy lights from the Interstate.

Overpriced with Poor Quality While these apartments may seem appealing at first glance, I find them severely overpriced for what they offer. The quality of the construction is low. On top of that, the parking situation is another headache. The fees for the garage and parking are absolutely outrageous, adding a significant cost on top of an already overpriced rent. For what you're paying, the experience simply doesn't match up. If you're looking for value, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
