just moved out a month ago and i can say i did not enjoy my stay. first off, within the first month my boyfriends car got broken into and their security cameras don't even work so good luck. next, there's NEVER parking. if you move in here your guests will hardly ever be able to park and if you have more cars than spaces they give you GOOD LUCK. People never move their cars ever. oh and if you want to do laundry that's gonna be hard since their washers are always broken down and they take forever to fix them. and don't even get me started on the amount of bugs! bugs are everywhere here. I also want to add that the people they hire to fix up the apartment before you move in are LAZY. After we first moved in we noticed that there were literal hair painted into the fresh coat they did. It was clear they didn't bother even cleaning the walls. Overall, my boyfriends and I year here was not pleasant there was always something new to be frustrated with and just not worth your time. Please avoid here at all cost and listen to the other negative reviews because they're right!
Cockroach infested!! We booked a room for two weeks and got changed buildings before we arrived due to a cockroach infestation, the guy guaranteed there were “no cockroaches” in our new space and SAME night we got ambushed by cockroaches. We immediately left before sunrise and still got charged $400 for the one night including unnecessary fees, with NO REFUND!!! NEVER go to this place, they WILL take your money, and they will not tell you if there’s a reason you shouldn’t spend your money here. They definitely knew it was cockroach infested, but they kept it from us to take our money
Everything is fixed at a superficial level because it will be broken in a couple of days. The washing machine and laundry rooms never work. Car will get towed even if it’s registered with the company The leasing staff is really rude when you ask them questions they tell you they have nothing to do with the issue.
Everything Looks good here. Spacious rooms and living room. The only Thing we don’t like here is the parking lots. We had a problem with our cars all the time! Sadly management said they don’t own the parking lot. There’s a lot of thieves. They break in on our truck. And scratched our small car. This apartment used to be LUXURY APARTMENT! But during pandemic we don’t know if they still run a background checks on the tenants. The place isn’t the same anymore! But if you don’t have a car and use public transportation. Well it maybe the best place for you
