TERRIBLE!!!
the property managers are so unprofessional never answer the phone and communication is terrible I've stayed here for 2 years and the property manager changed 4 times within the 2 years. I've even had raccoons in my attic for 4-5 months and they just removed them!

awful
Definitely has poor communication! I have been calling for the past two weeks I have not been contacted. The office is open from am to pm and no one is there or taking calls. I called the wallick offices and they are all horrible. Highly don’t recommend!

Never answer the phone
They don’t answer the phone I tried calling yesterday around 3:30 -4 they didn’t answer I tried calling today at 3:40 no answer and they close at 5 or 6 and I pulled up yesterday and 2 trucks was parked in staff but the doors was locked and I sat there for a mins incase they was doing a tour so yeah no thank you

if you have kids go somewhere else!
Just an all around bad neighborhood, no good for kids until you have really bad children. Don’t recommend but free water bill.
