Worse than i could have thought

I have not been living here long, but I’ve been here long enough to experience multiple frustrations. When I moved in, the place was disgusting. The cabinets were dirty, the stoce and oven were filthy, floor wasn’t cleaned, closet door broken, a dripping skin, the light fixtures needed new blubs etc. Maintenance takes days sometimes weeks to respond to maintenance requests. I usually have to call two or three times to get something fixed. My furnace was surviced without proper notice, so someone came in while I was sleeping, left the dirty filter on my floor, and left the door unlocked. The parking situation is a mess, it’s very difficult to park and there’s only one way in/out which makes parking very difficult at times. The walls are like paper, I can hear every footstep and conversation of my neighbors above me. I can’t wait to be out of here.

Philmont Terrace Apartment

Management rarely answers maintenance requests. Most of the tenants vandalize the property by writing on the doors and leaving trash in areas other than the designated dumpsters. The landlord never worried about landscaping; the grass and bushes are overgrown.
