ROACHES AND RODENTS LIKE CRAZY! lived here and all night you hear them in the vents and walls since move in in one year living here i had to get two fridges which maitnence took over a week each time to bring. in the summer the AC broke and they took forever to fix and the heat broke in the winter. Overall horrible experience.
There's a lot of positive changes happening at Crossings 820. The new owners are taking care of a lot of the previous issues, and management does a great job all around. The buildings are all getting painted, the apartments have lots of space, and it's a really convenient location.
Take a tour of the place before you move in. You get what you pay for. Right next to I-20 so it is noisy. The apartments are nothing like what you see in the pictures. AC is broken and your building will be no colder than 85. Common to have leaks in roof and faucets. Trash all over the place, dog poop on the grass that isn't picked up, disgusting pool that is never maintained. They say there is pest control but no one does anything and the buildings are infested with gnats, roaches, and ants. Laundry rooms are always locked and never used, management blames vandalism.
You do not want to rent from here because living here is worst than the projects the property is nothing like the phots they show you and it has none of the things that is shown those photos are the rent office only I really don't know how code inforcemen have not shut them down I went on yesterday and I lie to you not this is the worst apartment complex I have seen the projects and hood is what they offer don't clean up the outside grounds the apartment breezeway is nasty wouldn't be surprised if rats was not running around outside
No washer & dryer hookups, and if you use the laundry room - ppl defecate in the machines so good luck with that. Management is unfriendly, rude, and unresponsive. Maintenance sucks. Sewage seeps from the buildings onto the sidewalks and parking lots. Neighbors are just as bad, fights and craziness ensues.
Could NOT WAIT to leave. My car was broken into right in front of my apartment. I was always cat-called just walking across the street. As a single female this place was terrifying. The new management tried saying I didn’t give proper notice of leaving after my 1 year lease. Just move on. Not safe at all.
The new property manager and maintenance crew really cleaned up these apartments they arewonderful That’s why I give them a 4 1/2 ??
I love my apartment and the staff as well everyone in the office is very nice friendly and helpful the maintenance crew is also great I’m very satisfied living here.
I love living here in these apartments the property manager is so nice the maintenance man here maintenance man is wonderful they come fix everything everything is correct no problems I’ll give them a five star rating This is a great place to live I really feel like home
Hello I have currently lived here for 6 yrs and it has been great. They complex is totally awesome they have great floor plans and big closets with great swimming pools . The office staff is amazing they always have great customer service and love to help when ever I have a problem. They have just installed a new family area and bbq grills by The pool it's nice. love my home!!!!'
I have lived here for 3 years now and I just love it! its a quiet, clean, and kid friendly neighborhood right off the freeway so I am close to everything! the office staff is also very helpful and maintenance is pretty quick at getting things done. I have referred many people here, I highly recommend this place.
I live at the Fountains Corner Apartments, they have some amazing floor plans and they are very spacious. I love the closet space and the staff is awesome!!!!.. I'm very happy with my new apartment.
