Property Ratings at Phoenix Rising
Horrible maintenance crew. Front office lady yall is rude and lack empathy. Don’t know how to do the job. I called several times no answer. Over charge for quality of complex. ROACHES. Trash everywhere. Gym is not 24/7 and never will be.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone under this management. They don't care about the tenants. I have put in several maintenance request since May no one has came by to do anything. All they care about is the rent. Don't let the pictures fool you. Can't use the exercise room. The pool has been closed, it's disgusting, broke glass on basketball court, trash dumpster is always nasty. The only person who will help is Destiny. The rest of the staff will give you excuses. I'm disappointed in this management team. I've been here going on 6 yrs. This is the worst team ever.
Noone in the office cares about a leaky faucet or the entire care of this place. Can't wait to move away.
I had an family emergency and needed a place fast. I applied same day and was able to move in same day with a $199 special. I was required to have renters insurance but I know that will benefit me in case something was to happen. So far so good! Thank you Crystal & Jennifer for all your hrelp
I've been here five years now and I can call this place home, the manager bent over backwards to help us get in. huge huge rooms lots of space, maintenance is sweet as pie and have great communication skills. ac went out the brought in a window ac. only issue I have with them is the tubs are too small and the trash is full to much. other than that this place will be your home!
These apartments are not worth what we are paying the apartments are falling apart they take forever to repair them they told us they were going to give us a water heater and they never did the ceiling fail in twice in the air conditioning keeps freezing and after it freezes it causes a leakage and I would never recommend anybody my friends family a stranger ever apply for these apartments then lie so much about coming to fix them or promising stuff and never come through with it.
The best apartment I ever had free basic extended cable and water I just had to pay for electric awesome
I have been a resident here at Dolphins Landing Apartments for 10 years. Overall, the complex is pretty well ran. The management is good and the maintenance gets stuff done at a fairly reasonable time. You may need to remind them about some maintenance issues but only because they have other projects going on. The rent is pretty reasonable for the size of the apartments. They apartments are close to schools, restraints, etc. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good environment.
Been living here for almost a year and I have to say that maintenance issues take a long time to get fixed and they don't care if your neighbors bother you.
I've been living here since i can remember lived in three different apartments...Still same building I enjoy living in this area it is peaceful at times but no problems.. Now i have a lil family so i would really want to win...
