Phoenix View Apts has been my home since September 2017. I moved in during the construction and can honestly say they have done a great job and all staff has been very friendly. They were honest with me up front regarding the continuing construction and kept me informed every step of the way. The newly renovated apartments are the perfect spot in Phoenixville. I love the location being within walking distance of Bridge St, but far enough away that it is so quiet. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it's the perfect amount of space. The kitchens have tons of storage and everything is brand new. My favorite part of the apartment is the balcony. I love being able to get outside or open the slider to get fresh air in. I have had two experiences with the maintenance staff on site and both have been very pleasant. They came over quick, were super friendly, and fixed things properly the first time. This place truly feels like home. I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a place in Phoenixville!

We have lived here since November 2017 and we are so happy we found our newly renovated apartment. Everything was remodeled with new appliances, floors, and everything else with the apartment including our in-unit washer and dryer. It is so quiet and everyone including the management and maintenance staff are so friendly!! We have a balcony apartment and the management lets you decorate them (our last place didn't). We have NEVER seen a bug and seriously doubt we will after all this time. Everything is so clean!! They are doing so many improvements and really have come a long way in cleaning our quiet little section of town.

These apartments are crawling with bed bugs, cockroachs and filthy tenants, Every building has them. The new owners have not cleared out the trash that still lives there and continue to bring in the infestation. I really feel sorry for the new professionals that moved in and will eventually know the truth behind the new kitchens, bathrooms and fake wood floors, paying high rent to live with infestation and dirty tenants. It's a rip off.

We are sorry that you had such a disappointing experience here. As you are aware, we bought this property less than a year ago. At the time of our purchase, the property had a negative reputation and a history of poorly maintained apartments. In order to restore the property, we have been gutting all interior apartments and making very significant improvements inside and out. As with many construction projects, there are times when certain items get off track, and we certainly do not pretend that all of our work went perfectly. Additionally, we inherited all original residents who had legally binding leases. We were certainly aware that many residents did not take care of the property or their apartments, and were not respectful of neighbors, and we used all means available to us to legally and properly remove these residents. At this time, none of the original residents remain on the property, and while we worked very closely with our landlord/tenant attorney to ensure we complied with all laws, we do apologize if you feel that we did not act swiftly enough. Regarding the “truth” behind the walls, everything has been gutted and is brand new. Further, we follow a comprehensive pest control plan at all of our properties—which is something the former owner here did not do—and we have provided service on a weekly basis since our purchase. At this time, we have made great progress with this property and are currently renovating the last phase of apartments with new plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new cabinetry and much more, and all interiors will be completed in April. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment, and we wish you luck in your new place.
