Impressive building with good floor plans, nice community and quality amenities.
I have lived here for over 6 years and has consistently gone down hill. I would not recommend anyone live here it is only convenient at this point but recently getting worse since there is no security.
Nice community in a great location with really good amenities
I really love living here. It's such a safe, clean and welcoming community environment. The location is perfect - you have the peaceful and beautiful Schuylkill River Trail right in the backyard and all the excitement of Bridge Street right out front!
I love my apartment. Great views. Lots of light. I keep it nice. The on-site staff is courteous and helpful to the extent they can be. Everything else in the building is not so great. In fact, much of it is falling apart, broken or dirty. I'm not trying to be nasty; it's simply a fact. This is a decision made by the owners not to invest in repairs. Prospective tenants notice the difference between the front and the back of the building and have -- without prompting -- sponteineously told me that this is why they did not rent here.
The community of people including the staff have been so welcoming and friendly, every interaction I have had so far has been positive. I am happy to be living along side such wonderful people.

All seems to be well managed. I've been here since 2016 and that speaks for itself. The only other item(s) I would mention are the ceiling lights in the hallways. They seem to be from the 70"s and are not attractive in the least.

Staff great. Garage doors and patio are sad. Not up to par with similar neighborhood communities Definitely not a safe feeling when garage doors are stuck up
The people who work here are very nice and seem to do their jobs as well as they can. It is a convenient place to live. However, many of the residents do not respect the common. areas such as hallways, trash rooms, and floors. The parking garage is filthy, covered with bird droppings which are never cleaned up. The rent has been raised way beyond the rate of people's income increases.

I loved this town since it has everything at hand, you can simply walk around and fine/do everything. The location of Phoenix Village it's the best! My apartment looks to the Schuylkill trail & French Canal, and I can choose between having a party out night with the town people or chill out at my balcony wihout a noise of the party happening a few feet away. What would make my stay better? That the train station will work with SEPTA/AMTRAK, that will be the cherry on top to my stay here. Also, if I could buy an apartment instead of leasing it ; )

It's a nice location, the employees, managers are friendly, maintenance are very approachable and hard working. It's a little pricey. But I really do love my one bedroom and deck. I just hope when my lease comes due the increase is not too steep. I would hate to move if I can't afford it.

This building was ok for the first few years but they raised the rent %40 when it came time for the annual renewal. The property was not very clean and not luxury, as they advertise. It’s a shame that it has gone downhill.

We have no complaints. Truly been a very nice and welcoming experience. Everyone here is so friendly and we LOVE the pet pro community. There are so many animals here and it feels more natural and homey. It’s luxurious and friendly. Usually those two don’t always go hand in hand. Phoenix Village is great and we appreciate everything here. We have a young child, one on the way, and a large dog. We were nervous about be accepted in due to the dog, however, finally we got a place that is not breed restricted! LOVE that!!! If you’re looking for clean, welcoming, and comfortable.. you’ve come to the right place.
When my roommate and I were looking at apartments, we did not know what to expect. We decided to tour Phoenix Village after a few other tours, and the experience here is unmatched. We were shown many options within our budget, and provided with any additional information and help we needed. We've only been living here for a few weeks, but so far it has been great! Phoenixville is awesome and filled with so many different things to do, and we love it!

I like the community and neighborhood. Some temporary residents and dog owners need to show more concern for their fellow residents
Overall it is a great apartment with wonderful amenities. Its spacious and provides everything I need and even more.
