For the price, you really can’t beat the value. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean apartment with friendly neighbors give them a try.
Terrible management. Nobody ever answers the phone. Under the stairs is a pile of dog poop nobody ever cleans up after their animals. The units are infested with gnats and their maintenance for that is fair to nothing. The leasing process was a pain and it was so unsettling living there I literally stayed for 30 days and immediately moved out. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Look elsewhere!
We haven't been here but just a short time. Its been good so far so good. Management is nice.
My family and I been living here for a long time, and we have never had any issues. It’s very peaceful, and neighbors are friendly. Our landlord is very nice and every time we talk to him, or ask for something, he’s always more than willing to help out! ????He fixed the ac and even got us small ac units on the windows (we love them). Nice place to live, would highly recommend it. So, come and join us.
I can honestly say we have one of the best landlords all around. He is only one person but will definitely get to you ive been living here for awhile now and i can say everyone is loving and stay to they selfs. Stay quiet for the most part and great spacing for your kids Come join the community .
I've been living here for three years now, I haven't had any issues, I'm happy where I'm at. I don't have any problems with anyone. If you need something fix, just bring it to their attention, and they got you.
his place gets Zero stars. IT'S A DUMP!!! There is no maintenance as they say. So if you don't know how to fix anything then don't rent from them!! But if you are late on rent then great place for you!! Except if you have power included in your rent and they don't pay their bill and your power is cut off!!! Do yourself a favor and just deal with it until they pay their bill!! We had to state that "Should we get an attorney involved since they were breaking the lease and they kicked us out using the excuse that the rent was late!! Yes, it was but the first month of moving in the apartment was not ready so moved in the middle of the month. Was told the next month would be prorated and was lied to twice in that manner. Then paid some of the next month and was told they never received it!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!! Make copies of all receipts otherwise they will come after you twice for the same month!!!! We tried giving the new landlord all the past due rent and she refused it stating that she couldn't except it since she was kicking us out by us stating that we were getting an attorney involved!! She is killing our credit over their mistake by not keeping the apartments up to code and not paying their bills on time. but yet we are the ones getting punished!! The place is a dump so if you don't care that water is leaking from every sink or toilet or your stove doesn't work and having trash outside everywhere and having spray paint all over the side of your building then this is the place for you!!! Oh, and also no one ever answers the phone nor returns your calls. You go by there during the operating hours and yet they aren't there half the time!! So don't waste your time on that!! When we moved in we were told NO pet fee and myself and the previous landlord signed that document but yet the replacement landlord wanted to break the lease and charge me for my dog knowing that is breaking the lease!! One of the best parts of this whole situation is that when the replacement landlord showed up after we tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with someone since the stove did not work at all!! They were still showing the apartment vacant!! So just my guess we could have lived there for maybe months without them knowing???!!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH what they want per month!!!!
This place is not a good to live. No amenities most of the apartments doesn't have dishwashers, no play ground your kids they have to play on the parking lot, people moves in and out like a hotel. it's trash all over on the ground, felthy around the dumpsters The price is too high on rent for what you get. The internet service is limited,no phone service due to no jacks installed inside for connection, on site laundry has non functional machines all the dryers won't work the washers only 2 works you spend more money than a laundromat, they don't want to be bother with repairs, there's mold in the apartments. Last be aware of the lady in the office she welcome you as a new tenant but your business will be exposed to everyone, poor management. Manager is rude, same with supposed maintenance technician. Stay away!!
Does not have high speed internet, is not cable ready, half of the apartments do not have dishwashers, your apartment is either completely carpeted or completely vinyl, the closets are barely walk as in you maybe wan step into it enough to close the door behind you, the office is only open 3 days a week for 4 hours, and be prepared to have a maintenance visit every two weeks-a month because of how often things break.
