About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.

Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Our townhome is sufficient for now. This is an income based property. We had to be recertified to stay here. My son is a Nascar tech student and needed a roof over his head. We will be looking for a 2bed 2bath home in early spring.
