I have been a resident of Pier Landing for the last 22 years. During this time, as with any places you live there are disturbances. We have new management of about a year and they are fantastic. When I call for any maintenance, the response time is minimum! Their motto is Safety first!! So if you are looking for a piece of mind try this rental property!! Fantastic New Management
We moved to this complex temporarily while our home was being worked on. It’s a huge complex with nice amenities. The apartment manager and team are the nicest people and addressed every single minor issue I had while living there. Our one bedroom with washer and dryer hook up was comfortable and a good size for 1-2 people. Our rent was super affordable. I would definitely live here again.
It is wonderful living here the people are very nice, I love the location and the grounds, anytime I need something the staff is always only one call away. I love the fact that we have a gym where I can workout, pools, and a clubhouse for residents to rent for special life events. The living rooms are very spacious and that's what I love the most. The location is great because I feel as if I'm close to all the eating and shopping places, and very convenient for me to get to work in Bossier, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice, safe, place to stay... THIS IS IT!!!!!
Don't expect this apartment complex to be a luxurious experience. But the apartment itself is definitely enough for a college-age student to get by very comfortably. There is plenty of free parking and dumpsters that are emptied more than once per week. The community is what you'd expect from a moderate income apartment complex. Not always quiet and sometimes there is yelling. The location is fair as it is close to where I wanted to be. It's near quite a few grocery stores and fast-food with Bossier right across the bridge. It's just out of the way enough of Youree to not be inconvenient. What I'd love to brag on at this place is the management, though. This property is managed by UL Coleman and I have never had a bad experience with the leasing office. They absolutely go beyond my expectations. The property itself has well maintained landscaping and facilities (laundry/gym/pool/package pickup). Maintenance is also fairly quick when needed. Thanks for the great experience! Keep it up!
I am relocating from Michigan due to work and called in to inquire about apartment availability, pricing, and application process. Probably the rudest person (female) answered who appeared disgruntled and unwilling to answer any of the questions even though I explained that I do not have the ability to come and view the units and complete application on the spot as I am over 1000miles away. It is unfortunate as it was my top complex on my list due to amenities and location, but if this is someone I have to deal with on every day basis I will be perfectly fine without all the fancy amenities and replace them with courteous staff. Note to management, first impressions are important and phone manners even more so.
I’ve lived here for just over a year and am only moving due to a job transfer out of state. Otherwise I wouldn’t be going anywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is spotless. I frequented the pool by the offices and it was always very well kept. The few minor maintenance issues I had were addressed within hours of contacting the office. Overall just a great place to live. Just across the bridge from Barksdale and minutes from downtown and the boardwalk. You wont find a better place to live in the Shreveport/Bossier area for this price range.
Okay 1st off let me just say I love this complex, and that's a understamte more of a community . I'm a repeat tenet. I've lifted there 3 and a half years before . Then recently came back to live in the community for another 2 years. I never had any big compliance and the couple of times I did, i always received this response . It took no time for maintenance to fine a solution to the problem . Some of the maintenance guys Been with the company for over 10 years plus . You can honestly telll from the wonderful staff, ULC really take pride in who represents there bran . Jeff an Brad are just absolutely amazing. After taking a tour of the community you will understand why I was a repeat tenet . Form then newly renovated,modern gym,fresh new carpet to beening centrally located. ULC a trusted by brand that I stand by its home .
This is a great apartment complex for a single person. The apartments are nice and have storage, and the managers are kind and helped me in a crunch!
Have lived here a year and I love it. Great office staff. Brad is awesome, Emily is amazing, Debbie is just the best!!!!!. Yard staff are amazing and very friendly too. Tall windows with lots of lighting in the house during the day. Fast maintenance response. Called for a leak in my kitchen and before I came off the phone the maintenance guy was at my door. I love it.quiet environment. Wish they do not increase the rent when my lease ends so I don't have to move.
This is an older apartment complex. You must buy lamps as there are no lights or ceiling fans in the living room and bed rooms. They had to replace our dishwasher, bath room, and kitchen sinks/pipes due to leaks. Our air conditioning unit leaks in the utility closet and they come out about once a month to fix it. The managers are kind and respectful. My advice..look else where.
The upkeep is great and the apt managers are nice! The apt are gorgeous. I love everything about them except for the ant infestation.
