Pikeview Manor Apartments

I had to move in on a Sunday and the staff was very accommodating to leave my key in a secure place and provided excellent directions for me to find my unit. The unit was in excellent condition, very clean. The apartments are very quiet and enjoyable to live in.

Where do we even begin. At the end of August my husband accepted a job position here in West Virginia. My husband, myself and our lab Moose, were on a very tight timeline and didn’t have much time to look at the area, let alone living accommodations. When reaching out to some local friends, they all highly recommended Pikeview Manor Apartments. We had to get a couple ducks in a row, very quickly, and fortunately there was an apartment opening up the exact time that we would be moving. The move, getting our house listed in PA, and getting all the pieces of the puzzle was extremely stressful. The only thing NOT stressful was all the details with Pikeview! What made me feel so comfortable is knowing that we are with a five minute drive to literally any necessity, Walmart, Sam’s Club Starbucks for my caffeine fix, any fast food restaurant you could imagine…… (Which, as you can imagine the first week we moved in we basically hit up every single one of them.) From the second that we were approved, the staff went above and beyond to check in on us to make sure that we had everything we needed for the move, making sure that all of our questions were answered, and even going as far as getting me certain measurements for our living room, so I could make sure our couch fit!! Of course, our luck, we missed pool season but the amenities are wonderful! They also host once a month, a themed gathering… For the month of December obviously it was a tree lighting, coupled with Christmas music, festive Christmas treats, hot chocolate, and family away from family! They do have a gym on site, a common hall that you can rent out for parties or get-togethers, Tennis courts/Pickle ball courts, Basketball, a small dog park and an outdoor pool! Including the grounds, everything is well kept and immaculate! When we moved in, we could not get over how clean the apartment was! For any maintenance issues, you simply put in a request on the app, and I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes! I’m talking even for the simplest of things, changing a light bulb, to locking yourself out of the apartment, to increasing water pressure or just routine ch ecks! You will very quickly get to know every single person on the staff and maintenance team… especially if you have a dog! They have dog treats waiting in the front lobby, don’t worry your dog will drag you to them! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They don’t feel like staff they feel like family!

Spacious 2 bedroom unit with all listed amenities available and immediately usable. Safe area, wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Pikeview Apartment offers an excellent place to stay. Aside from its serene environment, I feel that I truly belong here with its professional, friendly and reliable staffs especially Ms. Ellen and Ms. Elle.

I felt at home the moment I stepped in the unit. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff does their job in a timely manner. A very nice place indeed.

Having lived at Pikeview Manor 30 yrs ago, I considered no place else when I relocated here 3 yrs ago. Awesome place to live, beautiful area and the best staff ever! They really go above & beyond to see that I'm comfortable. Great amenities, animal friendly & in a time when you get what you pay for....best money I ever spent!

The staff is always great and any issues get remedies immediately with regards to maintenance. Have never had any problems in my 3 years living here.

My family and I are grateful that Pikeview Manor Apartments is our first home in the United States. We feel very comfortable and safe. It is a family friendly environment especially for us who are having kids that can enjoy the amenities. We can always count on Management when we encounter problems with our home maintenance anytime of the day and they will urgently respond to our concerns. We consider it not just an apartment where we live, but for us, it is a HOME where we nurture our FAMILY.

Pikeview Manor maintains high standards of quality and is conveniently located to the interstate 64. Maintenance service is excellent as well.

PV Manor is a great place to live. Everyone here, tenants and managers, are really nice and respectful. The sizes of the apt are perfect for one person (one bedroom apt) or a family (2 bedroom apt). The falicities (Pool, Gym, laundry, tennis and basketball court) are great, and gives you different options to do when you get bored. 100% recommend this place to live.
