Property Ratings at Pin Oak Apartments
The owner likes to claim they never received a deposit and charges residents for an extra month of rent when they move out. People that do not give into his blackmail he turns into collection agencies. They either have to give into his blackmail or pay to fight him in court.
Not a bad location, not a bad price. My particular location has a good view. Still relatively newer than most, but weather is tough on the building. Rain washed out dirt under slab, which invites varmits to hide there. Doors and windows need better seal. Landlords should consider where they put certain tenants. Pets allowed can be noisy. I would give it a fair rating.
