Good costumer service in the leasing office, ! I l??
The apartments are in a good place !! It is quiet and the neighbors are very good, ??
We have had a living nightmare here. Our first unit was near the traffic. Two years in it. We moved into another unit not realizing there many dogs that bark constantly. We never heard the dogs on the other side. We asked anibel in the office, are there any dogs. She stated oh just to service dogs. We respect service dogs. my the lease says no pets. She said we could sign safely. Reason being my husband was bit this past year and we thought the dog actually may not live here. I went to the mailbox last week and I was attacked. I called animal control and gave a thirty day notice to move. We are seniors and we feel this manager should not have coherced us to sign a new lease if what she was telling us was false. She caused alot of trouble. We are filing a suit for damages financial. Pain and suffering. We were stripped of the opportunity to seek other safe properties. We still had two months on the other lease and we had to sign a fifteen month lease. After we notified this manager we intended to move for her breeching the lease of the property we received a five notice to quit out of retaliation. We all ready found another property thankfully. But is the fact of the spite involved after catching her dishonesty. Very sneaky people. My attorney laughed and said. What else is new in these types of places. I kind of got what he meant. I thought about the area and the poor guy getting beat up in the laundry room last week. And when I sleep you can hear all the cockroaches in the walls. Yes they do chirp in the night. I guess it's a high priced dump. We are totally disgusted.nothing but barking dogs. Loud music, lound fresh kids and bad activity. See the graffiti for yourself. My God I was crazy to even live here. Good riddens to bad rubbish.
Good customer service in the leasing office, tile in my apartment and good neighbors.
