Parking is becoming a problem. There are many cars with expired tags taking up parking places. The is one car in handicaped that has been there unused for months. Service people park in resident parking.

Pine Berry Apts feel much more like a home than an apartment.

The safety and security system is good! I would recommend for that reason.

So far all has been good. People are friendly. Good location.

Love the community, my neighbors. Furniture is getting worn, I understand it is being replaced... looking forward to many more years at PBSA

It is beautiful..but maintenance leaves much to be desired..dirty laundry room..2 of the washers inoperable..one for months

I have no issues at this complex. The staff is courteous and knows what they're doing.

Well maintained,clean, lobby warm and inviting.I would feel safe there.

Love my Pineberry community. The only negative I see is the maintenance and housekeeping is more than one person can handle. Garbage buildup in bins, dirty stairwells, floors in elevator and laundry room need attention. The mildew buildup on out door furniture needs power washing, with BLEACH. Automat doors should not be tampered with. Because some people are too lazy to carry their fob, they prop doors open with rocks, therefore screwing up the auto closure. Smokers should ONLY smoke in designated area. This is not enforsed. Mildew on side of building,due to condensation, is unsightly and running large areas of. hardyplank

The office staff does not respond to requests in a timely fashion.

It's so quiet and private for an apartment in a large building !!

The apartment, the people living here, the staff, are what makes this place my home. Very welcoming!!! Thank you for allowing me to live here! I am very fortunate.

I would because of many reasons I stated before. Before we even entered the office we were greeted with friendly waves and I was aware how attentive your staff is

I was not able to see an apartment because the leasing agent said they were full. I was very pleased with her informatio and friengliness. However, when I asked about yearly rent increases, she said it jumped from $10 to $62 this year.I can't believe this especially for seniors like myself on a limited 8ncome.

I "would" recommend because I live in comfortable surroundings and there is a lot to offer (pool/gym/mail room/etc.) for the amount of rent paid. I feel like I get my money's worth and more.

There needs to be more signage to Pine Berry. Uber drivers are led to Barry Street. A lighted sign on each side of the entrance would help.

I have absolutely love living here. Everything is so convenient. They make things easy for senior citizens and our Emotional support animals. Being disabled this is so important to me. It’s so nice to see nowadays when It seems like people don’t care anymore.

This is affordable living in a beautiful architectural designed bldng. My only complaint is that there is not enough maintenance personnel to keep this bldng. in the state it should be maintained which could make a big impact in the future.
