Property Ratings at Pine Bluffs
My husband and I have been tenants since the end of February 2024. Love the neighborhood and my neighbors, everyone here is respectful and the office is full of wonderful women that are so easy to get ahold of and wonderful to visit. The units aren't huge, but are very quaint and homely. Rent has always been easy to pay. Our AC went out in summer and the maintenance team was so quick and flexible to get thing fixed quickly and cleanly. I'm pregnant with our first child and happy to renew here, just need a two bedroom and again the office has been wonderful to help me get all my ducks in a row to prep for the unit swap. Moving here has been the best thing we could have done for our peace and comfort.
I was there as a resident while stationed at Carson..the apartments are absolutely amazing and just across the street Cottonwood Creek Park, it is just gorgeous, nothing ever happed while I was there, office was so polite and great to work with to find a apt that fit my needs, maintenence literally would be there sometimes the same day until the issue was fixed. The only reason I'm not back is I have 3 Chihuahuas.. I have been stationed at various duty stations but never had another Pine Bluff.. I just wanted to make this review. Everyone seems to write the reviews when it's a complaint, but never when it's going great..
The management does not address security concerns after many residents have had problems with people breaking into thier cars at night. If you have more than 1 car be prepared to park across the street at the park and walk 5 mins back to your apartment at night.
My husband and I lived here for just shy of 2 years. During this time, his car was stolen out of the lot, broken into a week after we got it back, backed into, and on the same night, his and my car were both robbed. When we reported this to Pine Bluffs, each time (which is sad to say “each”) nothing happened. Out of my MANY reports, I only spoke to the manager ONCE. Each time I called, I was told that she was conveniently out of the office. The one time we did meet in person, the general solution to the issues were to pray that someone else had a ring camera nearby. This is a complex that does NOT care for you or your well-being. They expect tenants to handle issues themselves. Oh, and they allow “2 heartbeats” per bedroom. They allow more people into the unit than they have parking for. So should you decide to live here, expect to have to park your car out of the complex and hike it back to your apartment. Truthfully your car is probably safer there anyways. You could park it in unit, when you get the chance to, and you can go to sleep at night wondering what condition your car will be in when you wake up. Extremely disappointing. When I asked to be prorated for the remainder of our month, just wanted to be out in a couple of days, even after all we’d gone through, Pine Bluffs proved yet again that they do not care. I will be posting this to all sites I can find. Safe yourself the time and money and do NOT live here.
The office staff was helpful in finding me a clean and safe unit. Moved from a 3 bed house and I was concerned about space. They even have garages to rent depending on availability. The units are spacious and functional. These apartments are so quiet and the residents are respectful. great location near my work and Cottonwood Park for the dog. Pine Bluffs is truly a hidden gem.
QUIET, CLEAN, KEEPT UP, REASONABLE RATES, GREAT MANAGEMENT
