Property Ratings at Pine Brook Terrace
Good luck moving in. They don’t bother to open the office. You can make an appointment and they still just don’t bother to show up.
Like the other guy below exact words said . The maintenance guy is lazy.Environmental concerns. No recycling. Outside spot light on all day and night. This place is needs a new owner. .
I've been living here for almost four years now, so much better than the other place I lived, the office person is a nice lady, maintenance guys are nice, don't have any problems to speak of.
Love the set up of the apartment. Love the neighbors (well, most of them). Maintenance was very helpful. However, 1 set of neighbors were obnoxiously loud and were unwilling to quiet down. They even enhanced their noise just to make me mad. When I told the landlord, she took their side. There was no "working together."
ihave been to pinebrook apartments on many occasions,my brother lived their for awhile, the property was clean,if he ever had a problem, the office personal and the maintenance crew were very helpful and courteous. As with living in an apartment complex, their is always going to be some type of noise, its understood and that's the way it is.The people that have lived their in the past,as well as the people that live their now are and were always friendly, great place to live.
This place is n*sty, noisy, & d*sgusting. Landlord is unreasonable, r*de, & d_srespectful. Says that she has worked here for 20 years, but continuously says, "I don't know what to do!" PLEASE!!! She has no idea what's going on. We've also asked her to do specific things, & she never did them. She is not very flexible either & won't stay 5 minutes after 5pm. Also, we politely asked our neighbors to be a little more quiet & they got mad. As a result, they'd lie to the landlord & tell her we were being loud when we weren't. Then she blamed us for these lies. Do NOT rent here. Apartments are F*LTHY when you move in, lighting in parking lot is horrible, hallways in apartments haven't been cleaned since it was built, and drawers in kitchen are unsturdy and fall out. Everything was f*lthy & not cleaned when we moved in. Cups were left in the cabinets from the previous tenant & the AC was filled with dust balls. Carpet was not vacuumed & nothing was wiped down. Most importantly, the apartments are so noisy that we can hear our neighbors "going to the bathroom." One of our neighbors constantly played loud music, banged things, stomped continuously, etc. during all hours of the day & night, & the landlord came back with the same answer every time we complained: "There's nothing I can do about it." We had no clue the apartments were like this b/c we weren't shown any of the actual apartments - only the one the landlord works out of. In addition, most tenants are lazy. They leave trash next to their doors for maintenance to pick up & throw away. They also leave cups & soda cans in the parking lot for the maintenance guys to pick up. I hope they start charging these tenants an extra $50 a month just for leaving their trash everywhere. It's rude & disrespectful.
