Brookhollow is a small neighborhood about eight miles west of Downtown Columbus. There are a few stores in the neighborhood, but the area is mainly residential. Brookhollow has a variety of apartments and houses available for rent. Similar to other Columbus neighborhoods, Brookhollow is fairly affordable and has options at multiple price points. Conveniently, Interstate 270 and 70 runs through the neighborhood so residents can easily travel into other areas for more amenities. If you’re looking for a quieter location with affordable prices not far from the heart of the city, Brookhollow is a great choice.

Property Ratings at Pine Crossing Apartments
I have lived here since 2019, and it has done nothing but go down hill. The previous management Alex and Zach stayed on top of things. They knew how to do their job, and more. The current management is so unprofessional and lazy. They are to a point, they have the grounds keeper delivering paperwork with your PERSONAL information to your door. Your lease, violations, notices, etc all carried around by a man who is suppose to pick up trash. They sit in the office all day, unless showing you a tour of the dump they want to ignore. They show up whenever they want to, and leave as they please. They aren’t even here a full 8 hours of the day. So if you ever need them, hopefully you dont have a normal 9-5 Monday-Friday, you'll never have anything resolved with the office. They lack professional communication, and continuously illegally violate your lease. They lose tenant's rent all the time, and are quick to evict you if they dont like you. But they allowed random addicts to live across the hall from me for 6 months, not paying rent and not on a lease. They allowed tile to fall on me while showering, then took a week to fix it. They refused to accommodate me with a working shower, or even kindly credit my rent. They allow people to throw parties, blaring music almost every weekend until 2-3 am. The laundry room is disgusting, visitors park where-ever they want, there is always trash all over. Including glass bottles of beer, so if you run them over, glass gets in your tires. It takes weeks to months for them to resolve any maintenance orders. The pool is barely ever open, and when it is majority of the time it is nasty. Everything around the complex is broken, out dated, or inaccessible. Tenor tenants have been told for years we would get our units updated. New tenants get hard wood flooring, black appliances, and tenor tenants only get a ridiculous increase in rent. I was on a tax credit lease for years, they randomly 'dont do those anymore.' So now i pay water, and had a $200 increase in rent. They charge you a flat $60 water fee for a 2bdr. These units only have a dishwasher & a shower lol, no washers, $60 is severely overcharging. Spend the 100-200 more and go down the street to an updated complex, with W/D hookup, and a clean pool. The crime, disgust, clueless staff, and inconsiderate neighbors are not worth it.
I have lived here for over a year, management has been good and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood.
Its a very easy & nice move in process , the property manager Dulce was amazing and the best help!!! Definitely recommended especially if youre looking for a nice community to live in!!
