Property Ratings at Pine Grove Apartments
I've been here about two weeks now ,from the time I started my process with Pine Grove Apartments ( My New Home)From the New Management both young ladies Ms. Iesha and Ms. Olivia have been so helpful to make my process quick and easy. My three bedroom home I'm in love with all the way down to the big space and my kitchen especially with all the different closet space and even the extra storage on the balcony. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness that you both shared with me to welcome me into my new home. T his was the best decision this far with choosing my new home. Thanks again ladies. Ms.Brown You ladies rock!!!

I applied for a unit here and talked with the office a couple times. They had a couple questions but told me everything was fine and I would hear from them later on same day. I waited four more days before I finally called them. I was denied without any reason. They claimed in the office I was sent an email. That was incorrect. They said they would resend the email. Incorrect also. They said they would send me the phone number to call and question this. Third time isn’t the charm. Another lie. There are lots of properties in the area. I would say look somewhere else. I applied at another and got the unit same day. Look somewhere else.

Hello, Thank you for coming to us with your concerns, and we apologize that you feel frustrated with the outcome of your application. Our team does our best to communicate all application status's in a timely manner, and to follow up with any additional information that we may need to share. Our application process is based upon numerous factors, and again we apologize if the outcome made you upset, as that is not our intentions. We wish you the best of luck in the search of your new home. Best Regards.
The maintenance crew and front office staff have been helpful and pleasant to work with (they are the new management company, the previous staff were never even in the office), but the area itself is concerning. There are frequently shopping carts left in the middle of the parking lot and there is always loose garbage scattered around the dumpsters. Not an area I feel safe living in and I’m glad to be moving soon. Would not recommend living here.

We appreciate your loyalty and want to ensure your happiness; we hope to talk soon.
Where should I start. I thought Ms. Christie was the problem but I now see its the management company. My wife went in the office to learn there a new manager. What was wrong with the previous one? The property doesnt even look the same. She at least cared. Management changes so much meaning there is several different people seeing your personal information. My wife and I are moving and so are our neighbors. The strategic companies are incapable of managing this complex and whoever own this place is foolish to allow them to. Do not move here!
We have really enjoyed the easiness of the transition provided during our move from another state .Not only were they promising, they made sure we received our apartment clean and on time. Thank you KRC Foxfire staff, everything was simply smooth and you've made a family very happy
Lets start with the maintenance only does a good enough job to make the apartment seem suitable upon move in. After a Month of staying there you will notice everything is half way done. The apartments are overran with pests and pest control never comes, the maintenance team never fulfills work orders, and the leasing agents only care about a dollar. They will ignore complaints but will come bamming at your door if you a day late with rent but will not have the same speed when it comes to fixing anything. Lets not forget about the fact that the gym is never unlocked and the pool was never filled . This is the most horrible place to stay ever!
Very costly. I only stayed for one year. Maintenance is a joke. Very unprofessional and barely answered request. The new staff is nothing like the leasing agent I signed up with. The phone is never answered during office hours. My apartment itself was nice but had a few things wrong from time to time, which maintenance fixed on their time instead of when the request was originally put in. My code didn't work to the fitness room requested a new one never got it. Laundry room was poorly kept. As soon as my lease was up I moved. Quiet crime free environment is the only positive thing I can say about this complex.
The model you are shown looks NOTHING like what you actually get. They don't care either. I moved from the north and didn't see the apartment until I moved in. Now I'm stuck. Horrible staff (including corperate),horrible apartments. Very run down.
forget this dump I'm trying to move south but its hard to do
The only positives I have to say about this place is that it's close to work, the area is a relatively safe area to live in, and its convenient to the grocery store and the management & maintenance staff are friendly, at least the old ones were. The complex was recently sold to some investors from New York and is being managed by a local real estate management company so I'm still waiting to see what the new office staff is like. The apartments are out dated and way over priced, they're trying to be an 'upscale' complex and failing. Some apartments were upgraded, others weren't. The upgrades that were made were cosmetic - like new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The counter tops in the kitchen and bath are hideous. It's some sort of paper-like overlay that never looks clean. The linoleum floor in the kitchen, dining room and bath rooms need to be replaced along with the appliances in the kitchen. The cabinets were repainted when the replaced the drawer fronts and doors but the crew made a mess, they did not ask to have things moved and as a result my things have paint spattered on them.
I signed a 15 month lease with them. And it was okay. Maintenance was good at first and then they started slowly being nonexistent. My bathroom sink faucet doesn't work. My dishwasher hasn't been fixed yet. And ants have tried taking over my apartment numerous times and I had to end up bombing it by myself. Those are the cons. But it is a quiet community. I didn't experience any crime and my neighbors were nice. I was going to renew my lease until I saw that they were going to increase my rent by 60 dollars. And I don't think it's worth that much but it was a good starter apartment.
Country Walk apartments were built in 1971 and appear to have nothing done to upkeep them as they start to fall apart. The staff are nice to you to get you to sign the lease and then as soon as there are any problems they turn a deaf ear.it took me 4 months to get shelves for the refridge. I had black mold and it took withholding my rent to get results if you call spray painting it to get rid of it. But then they turned around and served me papers to evict me. Since i could not afford to move out in 7 days I paid my rent but then they charged me another $200 for their lawyers fees. The garbage dumpsters are always a smelly mess and the grounds have a real ant and roach problem that find their way into your apartment. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone and can't wait til my lease is up.. But make sure you give them 60 days..other wise they won't let you move out on your own terms and if you rent month to month..they charge you double. Sure wish I would of had some inside information before I signed on the bottom line
This place is over 40 years old and the apartments show. The office staff will not work with you and ignores requests. Before you sign make sure you inspect the ACTUAL apartment you will be living in. The show apartment looks NOTHING like the ones you will live in. Do not rent here.
The apartments themselves are pretty spacious but the office staff is not the most professional and maintenance takes forever to fix your problems. And for the price that you pay, you don't get many amenities.
