Horrible Management
They do the absolute bare minimum. My roof caved in during rain forcing me to live elsewhere for over a week and management shrugged off my request to have rent for those days taken off the monthly rent amount. When you move out, the onsite apartment manager will find a way to keep your deposit no matter how well you take care of the apartment. Management shows a clear lack of concern for the wellbeing of tenants and was the source of many headaches.

We have had enough!
We would not recommend this property. They really don't maintain the property. Our refrigerator has never been replaced and sounds like a plane taking off. The supervising manager Christine is difficult to deal with, and can be spiteful if you cross her. We try to fix most things ourselves, however, it is difficult. Old carpeting, old appliances, old apartment. We are moving.

2019 I feel compelled to respond to this review-This cannot be farther from the truth. The trouble with reviews is it is only one sided and you really do not know what motivates a BAD review- Our number one priority IS our Residents. In this Rental Market, you have many options to spend your time and live your life and we are pleased to say we have loyal long term Residents! Quality and Care is what you get when you call Pine Grove Terrace Apartments home! Come see for yourself!
