The secret is out – Buffalo is an idyllic city for renters on a budget with its low cost of living and affordable apartments. As the second largest city in the State of New York, Buffalo is a hub for innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, and so many more. Known as the Queen City, Buffalo is also nicknamed the “City of Light” because it was one of the first metropolises to benefit from the light powered by the Niagara River.
Nestled along Lake Erie, Buffalo is home to an array of lush parks and beautiful views. There’s no shortage of entertainment options in this major metropolitan area. Residents enjoy cheering on the Buffalo Bills at New Era Field, listening to live music at Canalside, and sipping a pint at one of the many local breweries in town. The city’s affluent past has left behind historic architecture, ranging from grand buildings in Downtown to 19th century Victorian mansions.

Property Ratings at Pine Harbor
?????????????????????? Rats??& Mice?? will definitely be included in your overpriced monthly rental payments each month if anyone decides to lease there in the future?? First of all i would like to address in this review that there will be many, many cons & un-safe & unsantiary, nasty living conditions within their building , grounds & units alone, there are just way too many con's to list for this property,??????? so if anyone ever decides to submit an application with the intentions of leasing a unit with this property???let me suggest that you do research and check out overall ratings for this property before you decide to sign their lease papers??there?... i hope this short review was somewhat useful for anyone who maybe interested in leasing @?? Rat Harbor Apartments!????
(?° ?? ?°)?Yep, Thats Right?...You heard me?...If you ever decide to lease an apt here today and you get accepted to lease an apartment with this property??...just a heads up? —there will be Rats??& Baby Mice?? that will be included in their overpriced rental payments every month..so if you don't mind sharing your apartment with mice or even seening them run right underneath your door or running down their hallways on every floor?...then be my guest and come on in and sign their leasing papers and accept your rat/mice infested apartment today here at pine harbor!!?I hope this review has been of some help for anyone whom has read this review & hope you decide not to lease an apartment with this property in the future months to come.? I wish yall the best of luck to any of you If you actually do lease apartment with them & if you ever do get an apartment? Let me suggest you purchase rat glue traps or just the plain old fashioned rat traps at your local family dollar stores immediately if you lease at Pine Harbor.#Peace??
'If I could submit an zero-star rating for this property I'd most definitely would do so, but unfortunately I can not ?...so there shall be only 1 pathetic star rate saluted for this property: Listed Below Are Pros/Cons With Is Property. *Pros: #1.All Major Utilities Are Paid In The Rents. #2.Bug -Free (No Histories Of Roaches/Bed bugs Issues In Building.) *Cons:(A Run Down List Of Cons)-Bad Plumbing/Floods/Black Mold Issues Through Out Units/Building, Strong Urine Stink on stair wells, Peeling Paint, Bad Flooring/Dry Walls Throughout, Malfunctioning Elevator Shafts, Leaky Roof That leaks every time it rains- (Buckets/Trash Cans Are Catching The Rain On 7th floor.)Most Kitchen Cabinetry in the units are in very ,extremely poor most are falling off hinges, drawers are falling @ your feet whenever handled, (Just Keep In Mind That Most Of These Apartment Units are not all Newly/Renovated As Listed On This Website Some units have been partially renovated back in 2012 and as for the rest of units, they were just left in extremely poor condition as of 2016.) Most appliances are extremely cheap quality and in poor conditioned as well. As for overall condition of their bathrooms/ flooring are ridiculously outdated/aging stained bath tubs, outdated toilets, rusty aging faucets/mold growing inside of bathroom vents, malfunctioning wall outlets, As for the staff members are very unprofessional/unorganized, maintenance crew appears to be very much incompetent as well'.
The apartments could be a whole lot better if the Corporation that own them would invest more money into them, I live in a three bdrm and in the winter it is very cold in here window are very badly insulated and we get very cold draft, no ventilation in the bathroom. no air ventilation apt ( windows ). So in the summer two bdrms gets mold and meldew and I had to buy two dehumidifiers for the rooms, I live on the ground floor we can't leave window open in the summer because there are no security screens so it is very hot during the summer months, we have to pay $50.00 a month to have a air conditioner on in the summer.I have been living her for 8 yrs and they have yet to come and paint . We have to pay for carpet cleaning . They do not keep the common grounds clean always garbage every where there is even a rodent problem I try to help control rodent problem because I live on ground floor.Bathroom tub backs up a lot , kitchen sink as well. As me why I live here everything is included, close to downtown , bus routes, grocery shopping, drugstores, etc.
