My overall experience here at Pine Meadows has been ok. I’ve been out here over 5 years so I’ve seen many changes that aren’t necessarily for the better. Maintenance and the up keep inside apart is not that good. New appliances and cabinets are needed immediately. New residents are loud and not so clean. Children are unruly. I use to love residing here because it was peaceful and clean. That has changed

All apartments have issues but this one has very few things that will affect the way you and your family live. Maintenance request are slow but the customer service at the main office is outstanding. I would say it’s a great place to start as apartments are extremely expensive everywhere. Also the area is great for the price and the apartments are pretty spacious. Overall, I am very happy.

Pool game been closed since Labor Day weekend. Non residents walking thru broken fence holes. Laundry and weight room only open during office hours. And there's only one grill. Dino's always over full. Some residents that I've met are very nice.

I love Pine Meadows, it has been a great place to live for me, office staff is always friendly, maintenance and ground keeper are always on point and if ever I have any issues before I have finished putting the work order on line it’s like they are at my door, thank you guys for being the very best.

I enjoy the location. I have been here for 6 years. I would recommend this community. Maintenance request are not as fast as they used to be but they always get the job done. Only 10 minutes from the town center.

Mold
We have been dealing with a mold issue in the master bedroom closet for over a year. The mold has covered almost 1/4 th of the closet ceiling. It's really bad and the cieling drywall on the cieling should be replaced by this point. People have been called to look at it through out the year and that's all they do, look at it and leave. Also there has been an increase in drug presence in the complex and there are people walking around doing drugs in open areas. There is a window that will not work and it's been a few months now waiting on a fix. Our toilet just broke and it's been over a week since anyone has come to look at it, with how long the window and mold is taking to fix I am worried we will have a toliet out of service for months. We have been here 6 years and won't be able to continue living here like this.

Been here over a decade, many changes in office staff. Now they have good staff. Maintenance is good very and very nice. Some outside areas are neglected.

I love my community, I feel safe here, office staff is friendly and caring Ms. Catherine and Mr. Joe make sure you’re alright if they haven’t seen you in a while, and maintenance is always available when needed for emergencies.

Pros: Love it here. Quiet. Very nice views. Clean environment. Beautiful pond. Nice pathway for walks around the pound. Clean apartment when first moved by in. Pool is clean. Cons: maintenance takes a long time to fulfill a requests. There were a lot of roaches when I first moved in. Despite there being pest control services, I had to buy things to get rid of them myself. Suspicious neighbors who are noisy and love to lurk around

I like the apartments I like my neighbors. The community is great I enjoy being in the pool it's peace and quiet out here. I like to take walks around the apartments. I try to speak to everyone that I see in the apartments just to get to know them.. Everyone in the office is very nice. Thanks for always trying to keep the gate close
