Bad management
The lady in the rental office is very unprofessional, kicks people out when you have company over, try’s to act like you don’t pay rent, and tells other tenants your business. I highly do not recommend to live here. She also gets smart and very nasty to her tenants. Do your research before living at this horrible place.

Been living here since August 2017
Now while there was some improvement while Chris was here I can definitely say his improvements are going downhill fast kids in the road playing chicken with cars unprofessional new manager who doesn’t stick to his own office hours. Instead on the post man bringing packages they send them to the office saying nobody’s home(I’ve watched them on my video doorbell hand packages to Maintenance and leave) you call and there’s never anybody there to answer lots of water issues that required turning the water off even though the problem happened weeks ago. Since I’ve been here we’ve had 4 different managers. I can’t speak for everybody but my apartment is unbearably hot. The vents for the ac upstairs are in the floor while downstairs there on the ceiling (dumb heat rises) while downstairs is freezing upstairs feels like a sauna

Rip Off
These apartment smell really bad, gun shots are fired all throughout the night. The water is always brown and it is hard to get in touch with the rent people. Don’t waste your money, this community needs a lot of work done including new management.

Just move in
I just moved in and the place had been refurbish for me. It looks great on the inside and the manager assured me they were getting the siding problems taken cacre of. I cant wait to see what this place becomes. Nice, quite place to stay.

I had such a fabulous experience at this complex. The manager is super friendly and pays attention to detail. Great place to live!

recently moved in
I moved in about a month ago and the apartment has been great. The work order I had was taken care of quickly. Mr Chris is nice and easy to get along with and does a lot of work here. They really make you feel at home, its nice and quiet and getting better every day!

Pine Ridge Apartments
Just signed myu lease for my apartment and am really looking forward to moving in. Its quiet and the apartment was just redone. It looks great and manager is really helpful.

Enjoying the changes
Love what the new company is doing to change things up and make this a better place to live. I really like the fact that all the packages are being delivered to the office where I don't have to worry about them when I am at work. Great place that's getting better!

good size for the price
new manasger just took over and has changed a lot already. Office hours are nice cause I can finally go when I get off work and any problem I've had CHris has known the answer to. New system works nice, and I excited for the changes.

Lived here for a while. New manager jsut took over and is turning this place around. Got my stuff fixed first day he was there after it hadnt been done from old management.

Nope
The only good thing to me about these apartments are that they have 2 levels. Kids everywhere in the street, etc. not to mention BED BUGS & not a good area for your kids if I say so.. !
