Pine Ridge

Quiet and nice complex to live in. I live in a one bedroom it has a large master bedroom, a large walk in closet, and a storage room attached to the apartment. Also has a decent size patio area for each apartment. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen. Property management is awesome Karen does everything she can to find the perfect apartment for you. - Cynamon

The apartments are in okay shape. Buildings are old. A lot of the wooden walk ways need replacing. The only plus is that the apartment complex is quiet. Owners are out of state and are only concerned about the money. Part of the perks could be swimming in the pool. However, management decided this year to start repairs on the pool the week before Memorial Day weekend. The pool is still not open even though it is after 4th of July. I guess that they decided the residents weren't worth the effort. Laundry room is nice but no a/c Really hot to do laundry in. Although they spray for bugs bi-monthly. Still see bugs (two nights ago) and have had problems with mice. Two weeks ago, was told by neighbor to be aware of snakes as she had seen one on her balcony and it had moved down to mine. Bottom line: If you want a quiet older apartment complex to live in, then this will work. But after the pool incident, I think it would be my last choice if I had to rent again. Honestly I think that there are better choices in town with owners that care.

I moved to Pine Ridge in May of 2015 and I must say I'm glad I picked Pine Ridge. Very nice and quite area, friendly neighbors, Great Manager, everything is always clean and kept up. Never have any problems here. If anything every go wrong maintience is always here and on time to fix the problem. I feel safe here and I love it! I would recommend Pine Ridge to anyone. -Lewis

I love where I live on the edge of Gadsden and Glencoe. Even though I live in an apartment, it doesn't feel like apartment life to me. The area is safe, quite & friendly. This location is convenient to town in all directions. Safety was my number one concern and I got that when I moved into Pine Ridge.

Pine Ridge 5F When I first inquired about an apartment at Pine Ridge, I knew I was going to be pleased. Karen was so very helpful and understanding. The apartment was clean and quite. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax and the pool is always clean. I love the pine trees! I highly recommend Pine Ridge Apartments!

I have been at Pine Ridge a little over a year now. I had a friend recommend the complex to me when I decided to move out on my own. I checked them out right away and was very pleased with what I saw. The manager is super nice and very accommodating! I fell in love with my apartment the moment I saw it! The rooms are spacious and the storage is great! The apartments as well as the grounds are always kept up nicely. If there is ever a maintenance issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner! The neighbors are all very friendly! I have always felt safe! I have really enjoyed my time here so far and would recommend Pine Ridge to anyone in need of an apartment!

I recently moved into Pine Ridge Apartments and it was a great experience. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a location convenient to shopping and my job, but is also very private. The ground are beautifully maintained and my apartment was clean and ready to move into when promised.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE QUIET. THE APARTMENTS INSIDE ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE CARPETS ARE KEPT UP WITH AS WELL AS THE PAINT, APPLIANCES AND SO FORTH. ALSO, THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDINGS ARE CLEANED FREQUENTLY. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR,THE LANDSCAPING IS KEPT NEAT AND CLEAN AS WELL . WE LOVE THERE IS A LOT OF SPACE FOR PARKING AND THAT THE PARKING LOT IS KEPT UP IN GOOD CONDITION. THE POOL IS VERY NICE IN THE SUMMER. IT IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN WHICH WE APPRECIATE VERY MUCH.PLUS, MANAGEMENT JUST PUT IN NEW POOL CHAIRS WHICH IS NICE. WE HAVE ALSO APPRECIATED THAT IF WE DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY HAPPY AND QUICK TO ASSIST US. I HAVE LIVED IN OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN TOWN AND HAVEN'T BEEN AS SATISFIED. FOR AS LONG AS WE HAVE BEEN IN GADSDEN WE HAVEN'T EVEN CONSIDERED MOVING ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love Pine Ridge . I feel safe. They are clean and well maintained. The resident manager is friendly and helpful. If I have any issues they are addressed quickly. I would highly recommend it. The rent is reasonable.

I have lived here for several years and could not be happier, never had a bit of trouble. The Manager Karen has always greeted me and been super friendly, not only to me but all the neighbors. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the grounds stay very tidy. Love this place.

The apartments located in Gadsden, Alabama named Pine Ridge has low prices and a awesome maintenance man and an apartment director. If i have a problem they solve it as soon as they can. I love it. We also have a swimming pool & an open field that kids and dogs can play in.

Nice, quiet area. Apartment is simple, nothing extravagant. Nice poolhouse that can be rented for birthday party or get-togethers that has stove/oven. (not sure about grill outside but sure could bring down to use outside pool area?) Grounds are kept up nicely & has somewhat large grassy area for sitting out on. Manager is helpful & Maintance person is nice & knowledgeable of his job. Close to stores, etc, but not right in middle of town & traffic.
