Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

Property Ratings at Pine Tree Apartments
The maintenance team is terrible. They never come and properly fix any of the issues I'm the apartment, unless it is simple. Our ceiling had leaked water the entire time we willed there and no one ever came to even look at it. The office staff is rude and does not care about what you need. The office hours are not helpful for those who work full time jobs. They close at 5 when most people work later than that.

The only good thing about these apartments is the size and location. After just a few months of living here, we have had several issues with our plumbing, air conditioner not working for days, cockroaches and other bugs, maintenance.shows up without any prior notice and walks into your apartment. The cops are here almost weekly. Do not let the pictures fool you, this apartment is not worth it if safety, quiet, and cleanliness is a priority for you.

The apartments are super nice inside and out. Deshann at the front office was very nice and was able to answer any and every question that we had throughout the process. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is the place to look. Deshann not only is very helpful but makes you feel like a part of the pine tree family from day one! 5 star rating from us both the apartments and management.
