Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. But while the outdoor adventures in Flagstaff range from hiking and mountain biking to snow skiing and snowboarding, this isn't just a resort city -- Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University, a top-ranked, public research university established in 1899.
Being home to one of the world's best universities is just the beginning. Flagstaff is also the location of the Lowell Observatory, one of the oldest observatories in the country, dating back to 1894. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.

We also think it is truly awesome that you enjoy living here so much. We work every day to make your home here something special!
Terrible choice, they put you in a semi clean place with little functionality in their appliances. My fridge is super loud when it turns on, and it either doesn’t keep my food cold enough or it freezes everything in there.. the heater shuts off literally every other week and so you are just stuck sitting in the cold until the office opens back up. More then half of my indoor wall outlets don’t even work so I can’t use them. I have very low water pressure and there is no parking pass system so when normally you have a spot to park, some nights randomly the whole lot is full and there is nowhere to park anymore because they let anyone park here. Lastly they will call their gardeners at like 7am on Saturday morning and wake up the whole complex with their leaf blowing or jack hammering. Very little consideration is given to the residents so just beware, the office will try to get over on you! Also side fact, security here is non existent, I had a neighbors place get broken into, and a couple nights later someone came and cut my lock off my bike and stole that too, so it’s kinda a sketchy area..

Hello, we very much appreciate your honest feedback so we can work diligently to make things right. First and foremost, we are sorry for your experience thus far and would love the opportunity to discuss these items with you to get it all up and running according to our standards. We wanted to make sure you knew we have on-call maintenance for emergencies. They are available all night and weekends (any time our office is closed), so that you don’t have to wait to have your heater repaired, or for any other urgent need. Additionally, you can email, call or put in a work order online for any other issue you have as they come up. We have a brand new maintenance team who is here to help and keep your apartment in good condition. Brittany, our new manager, would welcome a chance to sit down with you, go over your issues, and get it all set up to take care of them! Finally, unless there is an emergency – our vendors do not work weekends and are not permitted to start that early – so thank you for bringing this to our attention – we will address this immediately. We rely on valued residents like you to let us know! Again, we appreciate your honest feedback and are very much looking forward to a conversation to make things right and allow you to enjoy your time here at Pine View.
After living in Flagstaff, choosing Pine View Apartments as my home was the best decision That I could have ever made. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and the management staff attentive and responsive.
I was jerked awake early in the morning by loud jackhammers tearing up the sidewalk. No warning on my door beforehand. When I called to complain about it they claimed to have sent an e-mail but there was no e-mail in my inbox. They refused to accommodate or make me feel more comfortable in any way. Front office lady start talking back at me. Rude people. Rude business.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience the concrete replacement has caused. We did send an email to all residents regarding the work being done so if you didn't receive this email please contact the office to make sure your email address is correct. If you have any other concerns please let me know. -Terry, Property Manager
I just moved in a couple weeks ago. So far not too many complaints. I do wonder how often they spray the community for bugs as it seems like there are a lot. My biggest complaint is that none of the units have a/c and I'm not allowed to put in a window one. It is way to hot here to not allow a/c. I'd be happy to pay an extra $50 a month to have a window a/c unit. As it is, I may have to break my lease because I can't imagine spending the rest of June, July, and August this miserable.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We do have free pest control twice a month so please let the office know if you need service. Our windows are not set up to hold a window unit but you may have a floor unit that vents through your window. Please feel free to contact the office so we can help you with any service requests you may have.
I asked for recycling and it got added. I asked about moving to a nonsmoking building, and they made my whole building smoke free! I complained about wifi and they sent more alerts about it being down and actually got back to me to contact the manager to personally troubleshoot my problems, and Khara helped me herself! I've never lived somewhere that took my feedback and actually made these kinds of changes! THANK YOU!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s wonderful to hear that you love it here. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay with us even better, we’d love for you to let us know!
This is a perfect apartment for college students. It is affordable and they allow pets if you are a dog or cat lover. It is close to the college and downtown is right around the corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike other apartments in Flagstaff, all of the utilities are included. It even comes with basic cable and internet! The community is very peaceful and the people are friendly.
