Terrace Hills is a small, affordable neighborhood in Northwest El Paso. Terrace Hills is predominately residential and has a variety of low-cost apartments available for rent, but there are mid-range options available too. There are several commercial centers nearby, so residents don’t have to go far for groceries or a casual meal. Great for outdoor lovers, Franklin Mountains State Park, a 24,000-acre desert area, sits nearby with views of the city and is great for hiking and other activities. U.S. Highway 375 and U.S. Route 54 border the neighborhood so renters can easily travel into downtown for work or for a wider selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at Pine Village Apartments
We use to live here and didn't like it at all, neighbors are loud and alot of fighting goes on, cars getting hit by other neighbors that are drunk, manager is rude, they've changed managers I don't know how many times... roach infested as well and they take to long to fix the ac. Don't move here and save yourself some time.
Moved in two months ago. Was unable to view apartment prior to signing lease. Big mistake!!!! As soon as I moved in I saw a few issues that I need fixed for my safety. Unfortunately staff does not consider them priority so I am still waiting. Office has been closed on average one day a week for training or whatever. This is during the week. They are always closed on weekends and holidays. Keep sending out letters about picking up after your dog, and then when someone doesn’t pickup after their dog they just leave it. Staff may be friendly, but otherwise they are useless !!!!!!
Staff is always very friendly and helpful, maintenance does work orders in a timely manner. I am very happy living here.
Great layout and the price was reasonable. Friendly staff.
immediately upon arrival I was shown a model with carpet, a two bedroom two bath remodeled floor unit. When moving into my unit after being told it was exactly the same, (my mistake for not checking prior, as I was in a rush and trusted management) the baseboards are almost two to three inches off the ground due to previously having carpet and poorly installed fake wood flooring, panels came up almost immediately after moving in they came to replace some of the panels and the worker left blue glue all over my floors and baseboards, make the flooring worse. I found cat food, poop & a razor blade in between the flooring before moving in and I have a two year old daughter i from there new my experience was going to be terrible. Throughout the year I actually started to notice bed bugs appearing throughout the apartments out electric outlets (I’m extremely clean and I’ve had two apartments prior to this one never have I ever had bed bugs ) plus I know another tenant experienced the same thing in a unit under me so it had to be due to poor maintenance throughout the whole building. I ended up getting rid of all my larger furniture items as I did not want to bring anything unwanted into my new home. They A/C does not work very well throughout summer it gets VERY hot inside unit. Overall terrible experience if you are looking for affordable apartments there are plenty of different options for you outside of these.
Worst apartment ever don’t move her manger Claudia does not see to any complaints. Workers don’t fix anything you have to wait over a month to get something so simple fix noisy neighbors . Residents sit out side all day and all night to find something to complain about save your money and go some where else .
These apartments are decent, as long as maintenance & the cleaning lady does their jobs PROPERLY, which they don't most of the time. Moving into the apartments you will find stoves painted, with grease stuck beneath the paint, making it hideous and peel off later. Peeling paint due to improper painting techniques. You may even find your circuit breaker box sealed shut due to being painted over. The vents are full of sand, dust and who knows what else. The paint job is horrendous, looks shabby and half-assed. Light switches, door handles, towel racks and just about everything is splattered with paint. The carpets, if you're unlucky enough to get them, hide dirt beneath which surfaces when the apartments get humid, and don't really go away. You might even step on a floor tack or two that holds the carpet in place. The AC units basically break every few days, and barely keep an apartment below 80°F and that's with a 2bed apartment like I have. The manager at this time is lazy, and rarely answers the office phone, not to mention doesn't push the maintenance crew to get stuff done like the previous manager did. There are unpleasant residents at one end of the apartments, and the cops are here every few days for domestic violence reports and fights. Kids run rampant, with no parents in sight to keep an eye on them. I wouldn't recommend these apartments while the current manager is here, she is not doing anything she's supposed to and is actually trying to turn people away from these apartments. They can be really good if time and commitment is put in by the company and its employees.
