The office staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and terrible at communicating. I very rarely get replies to emails and nobody ever answers the phone. They do the bare minimum to resolve maintenance requests resulting in the same issue happening multiple times. Pest control has only sprayed inside my apartment once in the almost two years I’ve lived here. We pay for pest control but then have to spend more of our own money because they only spray outside which just runs the bugs inside but they don’t spray inside.

Don’t move here!
This place is pretty terrible. Management doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. They are very rarely in the office. They will receive packages on your behalf and then make no attempt to notify you that you have a package in the office. If you don’t pick them up within two weeks they return them without any notification. I have lived here for almost two years and have never had pest control in my apartment, yet I pay a monthly fee for it. They spray outside, running the bugs inside, which I am then left to deal with on my own, having to spend even more money. It took four months for management to agree to have an actual air conditioning company come out to inspect my unit when the ac went out last April. Turns out the unit wasn’t installed properly and had to be fixed. People hang out in the picnic areas blasting music well past midnight and nothing is done about it. I’ve had other issues over the last couple of years, but these are the biggest issues. The apartments themselves are decent for their age but this property management company has made pretty poor choices when hiring managers for the complex. I’m planning on moving out as soon as possible.

Mal mantenimiento lo peor
Me parece una falta de respeto hacia el inquilino, mi a/ c se daño el jueves por la noche envié un correo y llame personalmente y hoy es sábado en la noche y mi apto está que es un sauna, aún no arreglan esto, sino fuera por el contrato me iría esta misma noche de aquí que falta de respeto.

nice place to live
The property is very well kept.Whenever there is any maintenance issue , they come out fast and fix it right the first time.All the staff here are easy to talk to , friendly and professional.The staff also host a resident appreciation once a month and serve great food.
