Property Ratings at Pinecrest Apartments
We were just recently tenants for two years at Pinecrest and I was actually sad to leave when we bought our house. The location of the apartments is very convenient. You are close to several highways and tons of grocery/retail stores. The apartments are very spacious and clean and the management was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely miss this place!
My small family has lived here for over 2 years now, being the first tenants in our apartment since construction completed. We absolutely love our place! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large washer and dryer room and walk in closet in the main bedroom/bath! The staff is very courteous and quick to respond to the minimal maintenance items we've need addressed, and even knows us all by name when we see them! We are so happy that we are conveniently located next to 7 supermarkets including Schnucks, Shop N' Save, Walmart and Dierbergs. It makes it super easy to run out for something quick. We're also closely located to a gas stations, both CVS and Walgreens, as well as several restaurants and a movie theater! Our family loves the onsite playground and spacious center area for running around or throwing a football/baseball. We highly recommend living here!
I was a resident at Pinecrest for 1 1/2 years. What I can say is that the apartment itself was excellent (very spacious and new), and that the staff was amazing. They were always available day and night, and extremely responsive to any need I had. If I ever look again for an apartment, they will be my first call!
The management is TERRIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time here you will be highly disappointed. They used the cheapest building materials, you can hear your neighbors have conversations due to their lack of insulation between walls. There is absolutely no privacy here. I would advise you to stay away from Pinecrest, you will have nothing but unpleasant experiences and the management (Laura) is very rude and unprofessional.
Pinecrest Apartments is a great place to stay! The apartments are very nice and have plenty of space! The facility is getting nicer by the day with the updates and finishing of construction, a nice pavilion area and playground is great for kids to play and for anyone to relax outside. The Management Team is fantastic and truly care about your well-being. My Fiance and I did not have any major issues with the apartment, we did have to call to make a small repair and within minutes they were there to fix it! Neighbors were nice and kept to themselves, never having any issues. A big factor for our apartment of choice was safety, the O'fallon & St. Charles County Police will drive through quite often just to patrol the area and make sure everything is safe, we never once saw the police come for a complaint. Plenty of parking, unlike many other apartments in the area. For the price you cannot beat Pinecrest Apartments. Great Place! We really enjoyed our stay here! Only reason we did not renew is because we are moving into our new home.
I lived here for two years upon completion of the new construction and enjoyed living here very much. It was in a convenient location, great layout, and management was quick to address any issues. The grounds were kept clean and I had little to no issues while living here. I did not renew my lease only due to buying a home, so I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in this area.
We love living here! Units are a good size, good layout and clean. We have a nice yard area outside our apartment, there's also a nice area in front for kids to play and the pavilion is a nice addition. We have good neighbors and this has been an overall great place for us to live.
Just renewed my lease for another year. Absolutely love living here and the grounds are beautiful now that everything is complete. My kids love the playground and all the grassy area!
The units are new but the layout and building materials could have been of better quality. You can hear your neighbors conversation from your kitchen and bedrooms, them slamming their front door and kitchen/bathroom cabinets. They do very little to any screening with applicants. We've lived here almost 4 months and have had hostile encounters with immediate neighbors being rude. They do not welcome dogs but will allow cats, makes absolutely no sense. The outside stairs are messy with bug remainings and spider webs. Zero amenities, they still are not done with building a cheap playground and pavilion area and the parking lots flood. The parking slots assigned are in unreasonable parts of the lot. Poor job overall.
