My patio and front door weren’t installed correctly so I had so when it was cold outside it was also cold inside didn’t matter what I had the heat on . No working gym equipment. Open pool without cleaning out . Laundry rooms so filthy and the machines always break . ONLY ONE WASHER N DRYER PER 8 apartment units

I have been dealing with phorid flies (drain flies) in my apartment for going on 9 weeks. They've sent an exterminator 3 times who was nice but hasn't bothered to identify the source of the issue. I've spent almost $100 on sprays and traps but female phorid flies can lay up to 80 eggs a day and they haven't found where they are coming from so this is feeling like a never ending battle. I keep a very clean apartment and have been pouring boiling water and bleach down my drains twice a day, and throwing my trash out frequently as advised with no success. I've caught over 100 in my fridge, kitchen, and dining areas just in the past 24-72 hours. Again I've been dealing with this for 9 weeks ??

I have lived at Pinecroft for 2 years and recently the property was sold to a new company. They have done a fantastic job so far! The new maintenance team goes above and beyond to ensure my issues are fixed quickly. The office staff is also extremely responsive. Definitely a great place to call home for the $$!

I have lived in this apartment since July. Nothing but problems since. My apartment was not move in ready my balcony door was busted bugs and a draft came in took 3 months to fix that. Had a faucet leak took 3 days to fix with water shut off did not prorate me, broken furnace that tripled power bill they fought me when I asked for reimbursement all in less than 6 months not to mention all the water damage and the other problems from before move in still haven't been resolved.
This place is in a flood area , the creek that runs they floods ALL the time ! If you get a bottom unit you WILL have crickets in your house all the time , the walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor cough (literally) you will have so many water problems you will probably have to get check for mold exposure.

We understand that our property is located within a flood plain, and we are in direct communication with the City of Greensboro in attempt to stay ahead of these potential issues, while keeping our resident informed as to our progress.
These apartments are garbage. Never hot water, they flood.

Hello. We are sorry if you're experience at Pinecroft Place has been anything short of excellence. There was power outage issues on Friday which affected the hot water to the buildings, but as soon as we were notified of the issues maintenance was fixing the issue. Please contact the office so we can further assist you with your concerns.
i have lived here since nov. 2015. the other person that left a comment is right, this place is ALWAYS under new management. the apartments are cheaply made. i have a breaker issue where the bathroom and kitchen light ALWAYS goes out together whenever i plug something in the wall in the living room. "how cool is that " you can hear every sneeze. squeaky bed. dog running upstairs, you hear EVERYTHING and please dont forgot about the crickets spiders that u WILL see inside your apartment every week at least! the claim the wifi and cable is incl. in the rent but the wifi BARELY works. just stay away . im moving soon, save that move and get u an upgraded apartment and most of these reviews ...u can tell they were post by the staff- "STAY WOKE"
When I first moved into my apartment, it was great other than the smell of smoke that I thought I would be able to get rid of. I was wrong. Since moving in, I have had numerous concerns come up. The first being the fact that the complex lacks storm drains in their parking lots, thus making them fill up with standing water anytime it rains. I was asked to find another place to stay by local law enforcement because flooding was so bad due to extended periods of rain. There is absolutely no cabinet space in the tiny kitchen provided and you have to cram all of your things into one cabinet, essentially. You can hear every step of the person above you if you are on the bottom floor so BEWARE! My lights often go out unexpectedly and I cannot seem to find the source of the problem. The laundry rooms are dirty and the price to use the machines adds up overtime. One thing I do enjoy is the spacious closet in my bedroom. Save your money and find another complex!
After living here for over a YEAR and not having any neighbors on the lower level of my building, maintenance decides to finally fix up the apts below me. EVERY MORNING FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE WOKEN UP BY 7:30AM TO THE LOUDEST BANGING AND DRILLING NOISES. I RECEIVED NO NOTICE OF THE REMODELING THAT WOULD TAKE PLACE, SO YOU COULD IMAGINE MY FEAR WHEN AT 7:30AM, IT SOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE WAS BREAKING IN TO MY APARTMENT. AFTER ABOUT THE THIRD TIME, I LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE ON THE OFFICE TELEPHONE & NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM MANAGEMENT. Oh and the rent was raised by about $15 because I quote from BRAND NEW management "we plan on doing a lot of improvements, like adding a gym (which was already on the lease I've signed but ISN'T here), etc. Soo basically they've raised it for absolutely no reason. A car has been towed from outside of my building twice. My boyfriends, then my moms. My boyfriends car was towed because the tow company (literally said) they THOUGHT it was abandoned. There are no signs to indicate so. My electricity flashes off randomly (and has since I've moved in over a month ago). I have to reset it by pushing the reset button on the outlet. Luckily my neighbors are amazing and I barely hear any noise from them. 3 stars because I don't have bugs & there's never any trouble outside my building. -2 because I expect for the rent to keep increasing for no reason & for the electricity to never be fixed.
Pinecroft is tucked away from everything, but still amazingly only 2 minutes from EVERYTHING! I love my newly renovated apartment with black appliances. They really did an amazing job making everything new and the water, cable, internet, and cooking gas are all in my rent. It is amazing. The staff is always on top of their game and the manager is always running around making sure everything is ok and all residents are happy and love their home! I can't wait for them to start the outsides so they look just as good as the insides! Keep up the good work.

Dear Valued Resident, Thank you for the GREAT review. We strive each and every day to make sure all of our residents feel at home and LOVE where they live. After all our moto is "We Bring You Home!" Paul Sidam Community Manager
Having an office staff that cares is amazing! Paul stopped by to just make sure I was ok cause he had not seen me in a few days. That to me tells me that he is on his toes and cares! His new assistant Shanice is super nice and is always there to lend a helping hand. I am going on my second year here and these past few months you can really notice Paul is running it and making this place HOME!

I love this place so much. It is very affordable. I know for a fact that if I ask for something it's done. Shanice and Paul are amazing people to work with. This place is very friendly. I love bringing my child up there for game nights.

Dear Valued Resident, Thank you so much for the great review. Game nights are my favorite event next to our massive pool party. Our maintenance team makes sure that each work order is done between 24-48 hours. Thank you Paul Sidam Community Manager
I have lived here for more than five years. It was a poorly managed and declining place. Two and half years later it is now the best it's ever been. I recommend it. The new management is great and way better than the earlier ones.

Dear Valued Resident, Thank you so much for the great review. We have worked hard over the last few years to make the community something everyone can be proud of. We are still not all the way done yet, but we are close. Next we will be focusing on the exteriors. Thanks Paul Sidam Community Manager
This property is always under new management as well as new construction!!! Amenities forget about it you pay for parking as well as a pass to the pool no gym or clubhouse apartments are over priced not market rate.. Would not recommend this complex to no one!!!
Property Manager at Retreat at Copper Creek, Responded To This Review
Dear Valued Resident, With as much as we have going on in our community I am sorry a few items you feel have fallen though the cracks. We try hard to keep the lines of communication open about the vision of Pineroft and what is going on, but at times with constitution emergency's do happen and you may not receive proper notice. I want each and every resident to enjoy their newly renovated home as much as I do as I also live on site and have to endure the construction as times as well. With each move-in our team lets everyone know that our property is under a full renovation. Everything in each apartment is brand new. The newly renovated pool we like to ensure everyone gets to us it. So we do enforce pool passes and charge a one time fee of $5.00 for the year to cover the cost of the pool pass to make sure only residents and guests use it comfortably. We also have other great amenities for our residents such as a rent-able clubhouse, Coffee bar, 2 new BBQ areas coming in the spring, as well as twice a month planned resident socials. As for change in management, myself and the maintenance team have been at Pinecroft for over a year now. The parking fees which are $3.50 for one year per resident car and $2.00 per year for as many guest passes as you want seems responsible to our management company to ensure parking for all. I always welcome feedback and would love for you to come and have a chat with me over a cup of coffee from our coffee bar. I am here Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Thank you for being a valued resident at Pinecroft Paul Sidam Community Manager
