Property Ratings at Pinehurst Apartments 55+
This place has been on News 12 for the constant flooding. It is roach infested the rules are not enforced people smoke dope and cigarettes in their apartments, hallways are filthy. And the staff are the biggest liars ever.
I your interested in enjoying your senior years ,stop being a burden on family members, or just want to downsize from a home Pinehurst A Conifer community is by far the worst place to live. The security. cleanliness, water shut downs, timely maintenance of the apartments, upkeep and lighting of the common areas are a head ache and a sore eye. In all this complex is a façade.
I live here. The internet is slow, not high speed; the community computer room has old, usually broken computers and a printer that has not worked in years, carpets in hallways are stained from garbage bags being dragged to the incinerator, cigarette butts all over the front of the building, building has a stinky smell of staleness and faint cigarette smoke, broken lights in the parking lot, dark, and unsafe feeling. They are cheap and don’t upgrade.
