I love staying in Pinehurst. But very poor in maintenance

This is a very quiet building. The carpets are new. Overall, so far, I like coming home to Pinehurst.

Pinehurst has nice, spacious interiors and a convenient location.

I have enjoyed my time here at Pinehurst, the apartments are wonderful and the staff is great and wonderful to work with.

They have very clean and quiet apartments. They interior layouts are very spacious with new appliances. Management does a great job communicating with me. I have never had an issue that wasn't promptly and curiously resolved. I would recommend Pinehurst to anyone wanting a great place to live.

Pinehurst has nice interiors and spacious layouts. The community feels safe, and the location is very convenient.

I have loved livening here. It is overall a really good place to live in my opinion. There have been a couple things that are not super great but they have been fixed in a timely manner. I also don’t love how there’s not washer and dryer in unit. However I’ve noticed there is a laundry room on every floor, so that is a positive I guess.

Pinehurst is well maintained, quiet, and overall a very nice apartment complex. It’s located in a very convenient place with easy access to many stores and restaurants.

I just moved into the Pinehurst apartments a month ago and I’m super happy with everything! The management is amazing and super helpful. Anything I’ve needed help with or fixed has been done in a timely manner! I love it here!

Pinehurst is a great place to live. The managent and maintenance here is very kind, they really, truly care about the residents. Reba, Kaylin and Caleb ROCK!

It's a quiet, private apartment area that I love to call home. Everyone in my building is extremely nice, and I haven't a had a single problem living here for the past 9 months. Overall Pinehurst was the best decision my girlfriend and I could have made!

Very helpful, nice management and they do there best to keep the area clean and address concern! And vaccum our building!

Maintenance does a great job at fixing Issues on a timely basis The new washer/dryers were a great improvement Security in this community has become a Huge issue I believe security cameras outside on the garages would help with theft issues

Pinehurst has one of the worst timeliness in maintenance work and poor communication.

A lot of police are in the community much of the time not feeling so safe at times

Excellent apartments. Since I am moving from Oklahoma I had to find an apartment sight unseen. I was very impressed by my apartment. It was even better than the pictures and descriptions online. The staff has been great. I would definitely recommend anyone that is relocating to give this complex a try.

We have had nothing short of a great experience so far with Pinehurst! The property is well cared for, the apartments are huge, especially for the lower cost of rent! We were shocked to find that our apartment came with a double garage as well! Reba has been amazing throughout the whole process as well! She was very welcoming and worked hard to get us approved and moved in as quickly as possible! I would highly recommend Pinehurst and the management to anyone looking for a great place!

The maintenance is always super quick to get issues taken care of and the office staff is super nice!

I really enjoyed living here, the apartment itself is beautiful and I really love having a walkout patio. They were really accommodating when the other apartment I looked at fell through. They are very nice, helpful and very understanding.

A best place to live and very convenient to everything

I've lived at Pinehurst for close to a year and have been very happy here. The neighbors are kind, the building is nice, and the apartment is very spacious especially for the price! The management here is very responsive and kind.

Pinehurst has spacious, updated interiors for a reasonable price, and the community is located in a very convenient area.

1. The entryway of 1741 is filthy and needs to be pressure washed. 2. The carpet in the hallways and on the stairs is old and dirty and needs to be cleaned or removed.

the staff in the office were amazing and made the process extremely fast and easy. i was very impressed

I do not feel valued or protected, because of the items I listed above: 1. Door lock being improperly installed, 2. Lobby door being left unsecured on an ongoing basis, 3. The unnecessary noise coming from the laundry room and the attic above my apartment, 4. Too many maintenance people having access to primary keys to all apartments, and 5. Maintenance personnel not wearing mask gloves, or footwear when entering my apartment.

Pinehurst has spacious, well-kept interiors. I feel safe and comfortable living here, and I enjoy the convenient location.

Pinehurst has a convenient location but still feels tucked away. The buildings and interiors are in great condition, and the floor plans and finishes are nice as well. I feel comfortable and safe living here.

Pinehurst Apartment is one of the best. They are clean, effective and management knows how to talk to his residents( with respect). Ill recommend Pinehurst to anyone, because I live here and know that theyre one of the best.

I live in a 952 sf apartment at Pinehurst. Th rt rent to the square footage is great. The entire ap r is great. There are two changes that would make it phenomenal. These two or three things are a walk-in closet and a washer and a dryer.

It's a great appartment and needs to work on certain areas, which are considering cameras in the entrance and our security too,because we are leaving with our kids and they need to be secure.

Its easy to apply and everything is handled in a great way management is nice too

My experience has been great and the management is awesome... Over all experience was comfortable all questions answered and move in time was awesome went smoothly and fast!!

The pinehurst apartments or Gold mark property is the best.They Respond to order request very fast and staff are very understanding .kind management.

Whether it is maintenance or not, Pinehurst has been very timely when dealing with issues the residents have. They are very nice and make sure the job gets done.
