Pinehurst is a good place to live and I have had a good experience of the four years that I resided here

Pinehurst is an excellent community. It's peaceful and quiet with very friendly neighbors! I lived in multiple states and I have to say, Kansas City has made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend Pinehurst to friends and family!

This apartment is the first one I've ever lived in that felt like home. I feel safe, and I feel comfortable knowing that management and maintenance have my best interests.

So far I have enjoyed living here. Neighbors have been friendly and love seeing all the kids playing and people out walking their dogs. Enjoyed the pool and the conveniences of the location to stores and other places.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. The area does not feel safe, especially at night. Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in and we quickly found out that there was a bug and mold problem, everywhere. Everything was addressed to the office and they did not handle each situation properly. We were there for only 2 months and spent a majority of the time having maintenance and renovation guys coming in all the time working on the apartment. Things that could have and should have been fixed before we moved in. They were just hoping that someone that moved in here wouldn’t care about where they’re living. We may be a little particular and want things to be clean and LIVABLE. Living in a very small apartment with mold and brown recluse spiders is not what I call a normal situation as the manager had used as an excuse. Things are just not well kept and the apartments are in need of some serious repair/renovations. There is just terrible management here that don’t care about their tenants or the living situation they’re in.

I believe the complexes overall are good however, I believe it could be better with updated features like new counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, newer bathtubs, ceiling fans in all units, and higher toilet seats (they sit extremely low and make it hard to stand up), and more storage in bathrooms (over the toilet shelves or medicine cabinets) the bedrooms are a great sizes and I love the walk in closets

Overall was a good experience. The manager and team are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is good just had a few minor issues that were taken care of the same day and very convenient to Highway and for all my other daily house hold needs. Very friendly community and neighbors have been great!

They were good to us until we gave our notice. After that we were nit-picked and targeted about every single thing. My car was broken into 4 times, security lights often broken, trash blowing around everywhere, no one picks up their dog poop, the dog park is disgusting. They came in once unannounced to check an air filter, which they say they don't do, but I didn't get the notice that they were coming in until 4 days later. They used us to do things like open apartments on the weekends and monitor the pool, but are now screwing us out of our entire deposit over stuff that was there when we moved in/stuff related to maintenance emergencies in my apartment that they didn't clean up after. I will NEVER rent from them again.

The staff was pleasant and prompt to respond to my questions. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I am most grateful to here and am enjoying my apartment.

Other than the convenience fee of the online residents portal and maybe a better playground for toddlers it is all good. I love it overall.

Pinehurst is good place to live, its quite, the upkeep is good.

I love living here the office managers are great to work with both being friendly yet professional. The maintenance man Mike is great friendly and gets whatever the issue is completed in timely manner and cleans up after himself.

It was a nice place when I 1st moved in. but then I've had my catalytic converter stolen twice (848.00) my car broken into, a friend's tires stolen, a friend's wallet stolen out of her car that I suggested to live here, there trash all over the property. I have not seen a cop car come through here to do checks like I have been told by the office that they do.

Overall very nice community. Quiet complex and grounds well maintained.

I like living here. Close to shopping and grocery. Quiet during nite time hours. Office manager does great job. Tries to keep the peace.

We are halfway through our lease, and have already decided to renew for another year. We love our home! We weren't sure what to expect, as we picked Pinehurst during the pandemic and weren't able to do an in-person tour. However, we have been pleasantly surprised since the minute we walked through our door. Our apartment is very clean, I have yet to see an indoor bug or creature. They have monthly events for residents, which my son loves to attend; most recently we got cupcakes! Well-lit, I don't feel unsafe walking to and from my car after dark. There is a cool picnic area just outside the pool. Full-size washer/dryer hook-ups. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome, I never worry because I know they'll take care of what we need. The resident portal is really easy to use. We are just really happy with this community and our home.

Pinehurst has always felt like a hidden gem to me. The grounds are beautiful and if you have a maintenance issue, it is always taken care of quickly and efficiently. The office staff have always been friendly and issues usually get resolved.

Pinehurst has been a lovely place for us. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly, the staff is courteous and prompt, the grounds are well-kept and safe, and the unit is comfortable and clean. We are so thankful to be in a place that feels like home! Moving to Pinehurst was a GREAT decision.

If you share my comments please use the name Darr K. The reason why I had chosen Pinehurst over other apartments is the staff. The ladies in the office are warm and inviting. The apartments themselves are cute and quaint. When choosing a place to live, I knew from the staffs customer service & communication skills, they would be great to rent from. Ive been here for over a year and they have not let me down.

Maintainence team is great. Very comfortable apartments, very spacious for a very convenient price.

The location is wonderful and the property is kept well maintain at times and the trash is emptied on a regular and the staff is nice and welcoming.

AC went out. Mtn did fix right away. Only communication was thru office. Which was fine with me Long as I got ac working.

Just moved in a couple days ago and I already love it. Staff is sweet and prompt and gets things done ! I had a couple minor things that needed to be touched up and maintenance fixed it right away while I was at work ! I plan on living here for awhile ! Thank you for an easy transition!

I have enjoyed living at Pinehurst the last 2 years. Staff and maintenance have always been courteous and friendly. Any issue was promptly resolved. If not for needing a big yard for grandchildren my stay would continue. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all personnel for making my stay a very pleasant one.

I have lived here for 5 years. Since the new management came in they have made many improvements and continue to do so. I can not say enough good things about maintenance. Since Mike has been here my requests are done in a kind, friendly, timely, and accurate manner. He is even considerate of my dog which I appreciate tremendously! She loves him! Which makes me happy since I had issues with maintenance and my dog in the past. The improvements have been great. The few issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and pleasantly. I am content to continue my lease another year knowing my needs will be met in a safe friendly place to live.

My wife & I have lived at Pinehurst for almost 2 years & we love it. The office staff is always friendly. Mike, the maintenance man, and his staff are quick to get things fixed when needed. The complex grounds are well kept. We love the amenities, especially the pool. We would recommend Pinehurst to anyone looking to rent a great apartment.

I love this apartment complex. Water bill and trash is included in rent. The ladies at the office are always super nice. always quick to fix any problems we have had. Only problem we've had has been our fridge making crazy noises. I love how lit the parking lots are along with plenty of parking.
