The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are on some form of assistance they work with you to keep your rent affordable. The grounds are well kept. The complex is within walking or biking range of the Village of Fairport. Bus service is reasonably accessible.

Pine of Perinton is the best place to live. It’s peaceful and centered to markets

The Pines is in a good location. We’ve lived here for four years and have enjoyed the general quietness and park like landscape of the area, plus the mostly cordial community. There’s been an increase, however, of riff-raff in the past couple of years in our immediate area with a noticeable smell of weed in the parking lot, also entering our apartment through the kitchen, living room and bathroom vents from the neighboring apartment. Hopefully the caring staff will resolve this issue for the health and safety of all the residents, especially seniors and those with small children.

The pines of Perinton is close to shopping schools library and there is a bus that comes through which is great for many people . It's a nice community to live at

It is a great place to live the maintenance crew is very nice and polite but the other part of that is sometimes they are short staff so they will run end and call themselves fixing what you need to be fixed by half doing and go to the next assignment.

I at one point liked living here, until I had a major issue of a roof leak. Nothing has been done for around 3 months and I am disgusted to the point of giving up on the pines of perinton

Pines of perinton apartments would be a great place to live if maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely matter besides the mice issues it's a quiet neighborhood and nice school district.

The grounds near my apartment have been wonderful to enjoy, including wildlife and open space where I have been able to enjoy nature and being outside.

Location is the main focus when you're living in an area of like Fairport for the price that is reasonable. Airport is a community of everybody cares and it's a great Community raise a family because I grew up in Fairport lol location and price you won't find anything cheaper in The Pines of Perinton in Fairport lol

The Pines of Perinton is a wonderful community to reside in.

The apartments here are well sized. Maintenance department quickly responds to emergency and non-emergency issues. There are many changes coming and I'm looking forward to them!

I have been treated fairly and work orders followed through.

What's not to like ? It's close to the expressway and village and stores .good schools a feeling of safety and great staff

I have always been lucky in having maintenance repair problems in my appartment in a timely manner.

Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone living here office people are kind but repairs are not taken car of in a fair time frame. :(

This complex is a joke. The manager does not reply to emails, every serious work request are being ignored by the maintenance and management of the pines. They treat their tenants very badly.

It has NOT been renovated in over 47 years. It was built with substandard materials. Winn Residential does NOTHING about the maintenance there. The Monroe County Sheriffs are in there on a daily basis. If I could give this place a half a star I would!

The office staff is kind, helpful and resourceful. Maintenance team is top and efficient. We enjoy the pleasant and peaceful environment

The Pines Of Perinton apartment complex is truly a great place to live. The staff are always a phone call away to answer any questions and the maintenance staff are quick to fix any problems you my have in your place. The Pines of Perinton is a nice place to live. I enjoy the new apartment and the car port is great. The service is fast if I need any work done.

Pines of Perinton is a great complex, offering excellent office and maintenance staff, some green space, a great location near Fairport/Penfield/Perinton/East Rochester with bus lines available as well as some community programs. Several amenities can be added, including parking bays and outdoor storage spaces, and the use of through-the-wall air conditioning portals.

Pines of Perinton office and head of maintenance have been very good to me and my dog Cocoa.

Ive absolutely adored living here! From the beautiful apartments to the gorgeous scenery here. The storage on site is so handy, the staff is great with answering questions and helping. I dont think I have a negative thing to say about living here. I strongly recommend Pines for anyone looking for cheap living and quality property. And to touch on the team again, theyre very great with accommodating and trying to remember every tenants needs.

Maintenance is great. The staff is so helpful and understanding. I’ve had nothing but lovely experiences with all of their staff. I’ve only lived here about 6 months, but I can tell you they’re very on top of things and other people around here. 5 stars from me!

I have been a resident for over 5 years and thi k the management is fantastic! Issues are resolved quickly when they arise and they truly care about the residents.

I love the layout of the apartment. I like the fact that it is up and down.This way it limits noise complaints. Especially if u have kids.I love the fact that we have 2 bathrooms its important when u have 3 kids or guess come over.I love the fact u have a washer and dryer hook up.Also a laundromat on site.I love the fact we have our own patio and the backyard is very spacious.I love the way the house is layout.

Love the pines. I grew up here, left Fairport with the intentions of never returning, then came back so I could get my daughter into the school district. In that time the pines has revamped their apartments and updated their pet policy. I could not be more satisfied with my choice to come back.

I've been at The Pines of Perinton for 6 years I love it here. It's very welcoming the staff is very helpful with any issue that I have. I've had no major issues with my apartment very comfortable here love Fairport. My neighborhood is very quiet!! Thank you guys for all that you do

The grounds a pretty, with plenty of trees and a pond. We are within walking distance to the village of Fairport which has plenty to do. Features bars, restaurants, the canal trails, and other festivities.

I love living here at the Pines of perinton. I'm very blessed to have been able to rent an apartment here.I love the neighborhoors I have everyone is nice and speaks. Theres no noise complaints.i love the Dudley the school is the best my child has ever attended.I would recommend living here.just need the apartments to be updated.

Subsidized housing says it all. Close quarters. I won’t even go into the things I’ve heard about my neighbors. Stay inside and hope nothing breaks down because it takes them 3 days to do anything about it.

Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Rae was a great deal of help, she was very Professional and personable. The rest of the office seemed very nice as well, they seem like they liked dogs, and that’s good because you can’t trust people that don’t like dogs. In a great part of of Rochester, like a super nice part of Rochester, right by water too, and who doesn’t want to live by the water?

Im New to the community. I love my new townhouse. The office staff and maintenance are always courteous.

The location is convenient to the Village of Fairport and the Wegmans Plaza in Penfield with RTS service from the community. Apartments are a good value for the current price of rent.

The Pines has responded to my needs immediately in helping me move into the pines once I chose the Pines for my home. It was very helpful that they were made the extra effort to not only move to the Pines in a timely manner but they made sure that I had an apartment that fit my needs. From the moment I moved in to the Pines the staff have made extra efforts in being very consumer friendly with me and my dog, Cocoa. The staff have been very professional with me and very positive in helping resolve any issues I might have and feel confident in going forward here at the Pines in continuing the same positive consumer friendly manner they provide. In addition I have met many nice Tennant's here and made some as personal friends. I am impressed with the management here and believe they are committed to being consumer friendly and also bringing in new Tennant's whom are going to be good neighbors.
