Property Ratings at Pines of West Concord
I currently rent an apartment in this complex. The cons:Upon first moving in , we noticed large cockroaches in the living room and kitchen, it ended up taking over 2 months for them to eradicate the problem. Next it was bed bugs in the hallway. It has been a few weeks and still no fix. The faucet leaks to the point of filling up a gallon jug in 30 minutes. The apartment is VERY poorly insulated, which means the building is drafty and incredibly noisy. There is also a permeating smell of smoke in the hallways, and the local trailer park dumps furniture outside. The laundry is also expensive and the dryer often does not work. The pros: Apartment has a mostly brand new kitchen. Is fully equipped with appliances. Very low security deposit. Built in AC in the living room, and a decent balcony. Laundry is in the building. Hot water is included, and cats are allowed. All in all, I do not recommend living here. I can only speak for my building,as there are other buildings in my complex.
This apartment complex is a neat little complex with balconies for every room. The rooms are decently spacious with sufficient closet space. The bathrooms are big but with little storage space. There is only one closet outside of the bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with new appliances. The complex is located within a short, easy drive of I-93 and downtown Concord. The staff has been very helpful and worked with me to get things that I needed done.
